Had the same trouble as the other person. No one answers the phone. Pressed another number for scheduling for a different department, got someone who said they handle blood testing appointments. They gave out a 4: 15 appointment, 2 of us heard it clearly on speaker phone. Drove an hour to get there and was early. Sign read, "Closes at 3pm". What goes on there?

25 minutes on hold to talk to a person soi could schedule a blood draw. NO PERSON, yet I was number one in the queue.
