Unprofessional front desk, poor service attitude. Will not come back again. Change another PCP IMMEDIATELY!

Dr. M is awesome very honest & actually cares about her patients, as far as staff, Donna/Debbie and Heather are very professional and know how to talk to people's but yes there are a few other's that need improvement and management definitely needs an upgrade! & Yes if you miss a few appointments "No SCRIPT'S for you, after all it's still a business.

*Edit* after looking further into this place. This place is nothing but students working here under one doctor who is never here. This is a very unprofessional place and needs to be shut down and looked into.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is one of the WORST places we have ever been to. The nurses are INCREDIBLY rude and just plain stupid. Not only do you have to repeat everything five damn times before they can get it straight, they mix your info up with other patients. Who ever is answering the phones here HAS TO BE on drugs. If you call to say your going to be late by 10 minutes do to traffic they put you on hold to speak to an "imaginary" manager who isn't even there when you walk in 2 minutes later. Then argue with you saying "you haven't even been on the phone with us for one minute" when they have had you on the phone for five minutes on hold. They all need to be fired they clearly do not want their jobs. On top of all that these arnt even doctors working here its student doctors who don't know what they are doing.

I have been a patient here for about 2 years. I started out with a " Student" who was amazing. He has graduated and moved on and I was assigned another "Student" who I liked very much and preferred to make all my future appointments with her. I called to refill a prescription and was told I have to come in every 3 months or I will not recieve refills for my medications. I had an appointment scheduled already with my Dr but it exceeded the 3 month mark and I was denied my refill unless I make an appointment immediately with a Dr. I don't even know or worse yet a Dr. (Student) I was forced to see that I never wanted to go back to again. I said no thank you and kept my appointment with my Dr.and now I have My pharmacy contacting me that I have another prescription that needs a refill and this practice is refusing to fill any of my prescriptions. This has got to be a joke. My appointment is scheduled for approximately 6 weeks away but they will not refill anything until I come in and meet with a Student of their choosing. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous and feel forced and intimidated to do something I don't want to do in order to get my medication that they put me on. Now I'm extremely uncomfortable to even go back at all. I have no problem coming in to be seen I just want to see my own Dr.but I have to wait because she's booked up. I took the next available appointment but to deny my medication because I don't want to see another Student? Is it just me or is this unprofessional? I'm just not getting this at all.

Avoid this place. Unprofessional medical practices—they took an insufficient amount of sample and requested a second visit, billed for both visits, and never disclosed the test results.

I want to know why I set up an appointment with Becky for my daughter and shuffled to a student and 2 other people but not her. What is going on with this practice? She says accepting new patients, but does this doctor even exist. And a follow up telehealth appointment is just not acceptable! Do better Nuvance

I arrived at Nuvance Health in Poughkeepsie NY at 2: 58 PM with pain in my left upper back. The pain takes my breath away and I was triaged right away. The Nurse Practitioner told me my pain was muscular without doing a proper assessment. I was told to wait in the waiting room and eight hours went by and not one nurse or doctor showed up. At 11: 14 I asked a nurse if he could check when would I be called in to be seen by the doctor, he very politely told me that they were understaffed and that I might be discharged right out of the waiting room. No doctor would come and see me nor would anyone would address my condition. I am a cardiac patient, with a chronic diabetes, arthritis and a bunch of other complications and I was left to wait in a waiting room with 0 compassion, care or treatment. I used to think Vassar Brothers Hospital was a good hospital but unfortunately that has changed. W waiting room with more than 50 people waiting to be seen, very poorly staffed and lacking in patient care. Just because I did not scream or used foul language it doesn’t mean my pain is not real. I hope this goes viral. To have a nice looking hospital that does not care about the patients that trust their health to them, should not remain in operation.
