NY 88 Car Service & Limo

Man when i called the car the driver said he'll come in 10 mins, right? HE CAME AN HOUR LATER! He said he picked up another passenger. At least they are a bit polite and when i sneezed he gave me a tissue

What car service operates and has no cars for pick up? Dont waste your time this has to be a front.

I can't believe there are so many bad reviews. I have used this company for many years and also used the services of other companies, after comparison, I can say that the service is good and the fare is not expensive. If it were expensive, would you choose or know the existence of this company? I don't mean everyone can't afford it. Just want everyone to face reality!

If I can give a zero star I would. Worst customer service. Call to make a reservation fora pick up at JFK and they said to call back when the flight arrives and we will see if there is a car around the area. I’m pretty sure the point of the reservation is to make sure the car is available and waiting when I arrive. They even have the nerve to say you will need to find another way. NEVER USE THEM. So many car services around besides this place.

We reserved the car picked up nov1 from JFK the day before when the day coming the driver called me when the plane landed at 1: 00pm he told me he parked his car in the parking lot and will wait for us outside. 20 minutes later we’re waiting in the cold and didn’t see anybody when I called him back he said no more pick us up we couldn’t believe at all what kind of person is it?
What kind of company he represents very disappointed.don’t want to use this car service anymore

Got stuck driving behind car number 266 this morning on my way to work.this driver didn’t use his blinker ONCE and stopped short before every turn causing me and a line of cars behind me to slam on our breaks.dangerous and unprofessional driving.i’ve never used this car service but now i know i definitely never will if that’s how the drivers work.

The drivers are polite, and one time I was carrying 2 large suitcases and got help carrying them from across the street since I was having trouble. Another time, my flight was delayed and the driver was willing to wait for me to arrive at the airport.

This car service is by far the worst I've ever had to encounter. I have been waiting for over 2 hours and if your wondering why I did. I had no other choice. I just had surgery on my left knee and booked a trip with NY88 through my insurance so I had no other choice. I had to wait. I called the base and got the same female dispatcher who was extremely rude. In her exact words.you just have to wait and hung up. I will no longer be riding with them and strongly recommend that know one else should either. Horrible customer sevice.

Happy New Years America this company is the best in the tri state the best in all 5 all the ways no words will reference all to use them for airport/out towns/medical facility etc they usely go the extra mile trust me they do stop at China town before my drop but they good

I was surprised to see many negative reviews for this company. I’ve used the service from them for nearly three years, mostly for going to the airport and I have no problems at all. The drivers arrive 5 minutes early and patiently wait for me. The price is always cheaper compared with regular yellow cabs or Uber since it is cash-only. The accent maybe a little difficult to hear but it is a chinese-own company and they actually make an effort in accommodating your needs.

Extremely rude driver.after waiting an hour for a car to come, i went up to the car with two heavy bags in my hands that needed to be put in the back.in chinese, i said “hello, can you please open the back door. ” driver did not even say hello or awknowledge me, nor did he even get out of the car to help.we had many heavy bags but the driver just sat there, not even greeting my family members that were getting into the car.price efficient, but horrific service.i don’t remember what the car number was.maybe 376?

First off when you call, anyone and I mean ANYONE that answers the phone speaks pre-school English at best. Welcome to America people.now try to assimilate and Speak English! Second, they lie and tell you 15 minutes, then when you call back and speak to the SAME person to complain, she tells you that you never called and it's gonna be another 15 minutes for a car! I don't know how this place is even on business, it's a real joke! I will certainly be calling the BBB on this place. It's faster to walk than wait for this place to ever send a car! Stay away from this poor excuse for a business!

This car service was booked and paid in advance for a round trip ride. Promised pick up time was 10: 00 am. The driver arrived at 10: 45 am making it impossible to make a scheduled doctor's appointment for 11: 00 am. On the return trip ride the driver picked up another passenger instead of who he was to pick up. He came back and did not look for the elderly person and aide he was picking up. They were right in front of the hospital sitting at the bus stop. He then
discharged the passengers two blocks away from the address instead of in front of the door. I would never recommend this car service to anyone. Two different drivers and two different dilmenas.
