NY Family Doctors is like the name says…it’s like “family”. Individualized care, personal advice and above and beyond service. I highly recommend them.

Doctors office is always sufficient and they do not have a long wait time to assist their clients. The doctors are friendly and informative.

I have been going to this clinic for 30 years and I love it more and more. The drs are very detailed and concerned and they help and give all the information and details you need to know. The workers are very polite, kind, and helpful and they always let you know what is going on if needed. The clinics are always spot clean neat and smells good. I wouldn't change it for the world.

I have no complaints. My visit went smoothly. My nurse, receptionist and off course Doctor Andy. Everything great

Office is unorganized and Sasha Myrie does not listen to patients, shes bad. She told me I didn't have a condition because their computer system didn't say so and turned the screen around to show me LOL. Honestly so insulting that their staff doesn't listen or keep records correctly so I left.

Don't go here. They have terrible record keeping, don't listen to patients, and have no concern for patients to be honest. They also have tried to file multiple claims through my insurance for the same visit on multiple occasions. Unprofessional. I guess the only good thing you can say is I never have to wait, but that's probably from them not doing their jobs properly.

NY Family Docs has been my Medical Team for several years. Their prompt delivery of services in my behalf makes me want to continue with them. Referrals and follow-ups coincide with the delivery of services.

Love my nurse/ doctor at 86-16.she advice me what is right and wrong.mostly ask me if I am comfortable with our decision.cannot ask for a better/ caring nurse/ person.

Went with medical issue, they did nothing more than referred me off to another doctor, with no medication to help the illness and pain, secretaries also gave me numbers that don’t work to where I’m being refer to. And told me at the end I had to look on my own for the referred doctor specialist.

Great doctor! Friendly, professional staff. Clean, spacious offices. Appointments are easy to get. Would strongly recommend this medical office on Jamaica Ave.
