Everyone does a great job here I’ve been going here for awhile for hair extensions and lashes I wouldn’t recommend any other place besides house of hair!

I came from Germany and found this salon; I was so impressed by how professional and clean they were. Their customer service was great, along with the music and the accommodations. I was able to peacefully wait for my appointment time to start and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and some sweets offered by the employees. I highly recommend stopping by this salon, you won't regret it. I will most definitely be stopping by when I come back to the United States.

Melisa does a phenomenal job, Always quick with service and makes sure to ask if you’re happy with your service. Works around the schedule to get you in asap and never disappoints! Walking inside the salon gives you such a good vibe. Very very clean and neat inside! Definitely recommend!

The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to assist with any needs or questions you may have. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my beauty needs!

I got my hybrid lashes today, and so far I'm very pleased. I'm giving three stars however, not because of the technician (she was great) but because there was nothing informing me that if I paid for my service with a card, there would be a 10% service charge passed on to me!

I know a lot of places are now passing on the 3% credit card fee to customers, but I've never heard of 10%. I was only made aware of this when my service was complete and we were at the front desk checking out. I looked back at the website and couldn't find it noted anywhere. If I missed it, then my apologies, but I don't believe this information is readily provided to customers and clients when booking. My $130 service actually cost me $143 before tip!

There is an ATM on site (which may be a saving grace for some) but I do not carry my debit card, which means I would have had to use my credit card at the ATM - paying both the ATM service fee & the credit card service fee associated with cashback/ATM transactions (for my visa company).

This situation put a sour taste in my mouth and again, while I have no complaints thus far with my lashes (other than the fact they were not 'washed' by the technician before application began), I am less than impressed with the business itself. For this reason, I don't plan on booking for a fill or other services at this salon again.

To reiterate, I DON'T THINK THIS REFLECTS ON THE TECHNICIANS THEMSELVES. Instead, it feels like NY House of Hair is hitting its customers with hidden fees, and the technicians may be the ones who suffer the consequences.

Can you provide a screshot or instructions of where on the site the 10% fee is noted? I still cannot locate this information on the website or the square site where you are taken to book appointments. Thank you!

Love this place. Very professional. So many beauty things offered. Have gotten my lashes done for a year here! They never come off!

I went to get a hybrid set, beautifully done, I loved them! But two days later the majority of my lashes were gone. I came in the weekend before a vacation thinking my lashes would last at least two weeks, can’t go during the week because I have a job. $150 and my lashes lasted all of 2 days. I understand training lash techs, as I am one as well trust me I understand, but don’t change $100+ for a set that’s not going to last more than 3 days & not have anyone immediately experienced, available to correct the work.

I absolutely love this place! Lindsay has done my lashes for the last 8 months and she does the best with them! She’s very friendly and will have conversations with u as she does ur lashes, if u don’t like them she changes them for u, I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my lashes. I recommend her 110%

I never leave reviews however save your time and money. I booked with Melissa years ago and my lashes lasted so long and was actual lash extensions. I booked with Lindsey yesterday for Hybrid/Classic wispy lashes and henna eyebrows. Horrible, the henna brows were uneven and just ugly, they don’t wax or pluck your brow, define a shape or anything they just throw dark paint in your brows i had to go home and literally rub the henna off my brows and skin wasted 44$. As for my eyelashes I’ll have to book a removal and another set by next week 130$ wasted, within me leaving the salon a few of my lashes fell off which is normal however, by the end of the night almost 30% of my lashes had fallen off, which were all clusters. I wanted lash extensions the service that places a single lash on top of your natural lash not a bunch of cluster of lashes, i could have used a lash strip. I will be contacting them in the morning to get a refund or get my lashes fixed, however i will NEVER book with this place again. It seems that only certain people get good results, the service isn’t extended to all customers who enter, which is really sad because the amount of money your customers pay we expect top tier service and long lasting results. I’ll try Upstate Beauty Bar for my next set they seem to understand the assignment.

Lindsay did lash extensions on me today. She literally is AMAZINGGGG & very fast! I used to go somewhere else & it was awful I laid there for 1 1/2 hours! I m so glad I found Lindsay. She’s the BEST. Would DEF recommend this place & HER!

I got my extensions done by Izeta and I’m inlove! She explained to me aftercare and how to increase the longevity of the extensions! She blended them perfectly I can’t even see where my hair blends into the extensions! I’m inlove! The hair is incredibly soft and my appointment only took 2 hours for installation! Thank you Izeta!

Melissa is a perfectionist when it comes to my eyelashes and does an amazing job. Her mother does a very nice job with my hair always the colors I want and I always leave happy. I have had my eyebrows and lips done here which were also just the way I wanted them. They are very professional, accommodating and quick which i love because my schedule is very limited. I am very happy with all my services here and would highly recommend.

I cant believe it took me so long to release what this place was doing to my lashes. I just had one cluster fall out and came with it was 3 of my real lashes. Ive been to many lash places over the years even while abroad, but for some reason these lashes fall out the fastest and my real lash comes out with them. I originally started going to this salon with hybrid lashes and then they slowly started to turn in long lashes.the lashes came all the way up to my eyebrow, which is not bad but its not what i asked for, very disappointed that i cant not keep coming here bc i did have good customer service but for the sake of my lashes i cant.
