I have been speaking with Edan over the phone for quite some time and finally got to meet him in person last night, along with Lee and Ari. My experience from beginning to end far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I was only given information and facts, and was not pressured into making any decisions or completing a sale by any means. I purchased a Jet Peel from NYLO in 2020 after COVID-19 started. We had a helpful, easy and very on point interaction with Ari, Lee and his whole team from the time we contacted them about the JetPeel to currently far post deliver, training, and months of treatments later for any needs and or questions we have had. They are caring, quick and professional! Not something I can say I have experienced with more than a few other companies. We loved the in house training and patients and our providers love the Jet Perl treatments. We are using it a lot for needled freee PRP treatments and that has been helpful! Thank you NYLO!

Had an amazing day here in New York with New York Laser Outlet. They have been so generous bringing all 15 skin therapists from our spa down here to do amazing training and product knowledge for the Jet Peel. The staff here is so warm and friendly it’s like you are walking into their home and you are part of the family.
We have been doing Jet Peels for a few months and having incredible results. We learned different techniques and all sorts of different treatments you can do with the machine. Loved the day, and as most days in life that are incredible, the day flied by. Wish we didn’t have to leave.
