NY Loves Yoga

I really love this studio, especially Meenah's Urban Zen class! I discovered it a year ago and attend as often as I can.

I used to really love this yoga studio until I accidentally left my yoga mat there. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an emergency and I wasn’t able to pick it up right away. I received a voicemail saying the mat would be put outside for giveaway if I didn’t pick it up within a week. Given my circumstance it would’ve been nice to have been offered more understanding. I’m sure there was room to tuck it away somewhere in the meantime rather than inconvenience me by giving my property away. This was surprising and off putting so I will not be returning.

Yoga has changed my life and this place has given me the tools to succeed in what ever life throws at me. I’ve gotten the best yoga sessions from this yoga studio. The instructors are the friendliest and most caring and super knowledgeable. Love it here!

My compliments to all the yoga instructors here, they are very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching yoga. I especially recommend Von's restorative yoga and sound healing on Saturday's, and MJ's somatics class! Thank you yogis, until we meet again
