Dr. Jadoo was amazing! She went above and beyond for my situation and when couldn’t prescribed anything, she took it upon herself to do the research and find a solution. She’s the only reason, I’m giving this place a 3 star review. The secretary on the other hand was super racist, she gave my husband and I the sickest look as soon as we walked in. Frizzy-haired-Caucasian lady, you can’t miss her. I believe she’s the secretary for the podiatrist in that office. Really gross experience with that lady.

This place is horrendous they do test refer you for an MRI take your money then never get back to you with any results. It’s extremely unprofessional. How do you send your patient for an MRI then never reach out with the findings? And then when you call them you can’t even reach a doctor. It’s unbelievable. I came here because of the reviews but now I’m starting to think most of these are fake or the paid people to write good reviews. I now have to find another neurologist because these people are clearly incompetent. They did this to both me and my husband which shows me it wasn’t just a one off situation clearly they have an issue keeping track of their patients. It’s ridiculous because an radiologist can’t read you your results they send the results to your doctor to interpret for you and I’ve confirmed with the radiologist that they indeed forwarded my results to my doctor so that should have been a reminder to reach out to discuss but no that’s not what happened. Do yourself a favor and find another neurologist.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Margarita Mikhaylova! The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. She took her time to share with me her findings and explained to me the next steps. I would definitely recommend her as she is one of the best doctors I have visited recently. Thank you!

My appointment with Dr. David Rabinovici was the worst experience I've ever had with any medical practitioner in my entire life. He showcased zero bedside manner - would not let me speak, asked questions that were not relevant to my symptoms and cut me off with attitude if I didn't answer the questions to his liking, and was combative the entire session. He was incredibly unprofessional - so much so I was in disbelief. I am sure there are many great doctors at NY Neurology Associates - if you are booking an appointment, for your sake, do everything possible to avoid Dr. David Rabinovici so you find a doctor who cares.

Dr Saremsky is so thorough. He is a good communicator who explains what he is thinking in terms of diagnosis and treatment. I feel like he really listened to what we were saying and was very thoughtful in his approach.

Dr. Mikhaylova was thorough, patient, attentive and respectful of my feelings. I would definitely recommend the Dr.to family, friends or anyone in need of a neurologist.

Very pleased.found this practice in Oceanside when looking for a local neurologist. My ex-orthopedist referred me to one in Syosset that was out-of-network, I live in Baldwin. Too far.

My second visit for an EMG convinced me I chose the right place. I've run into many indifferent doctors that seem as if I'm bothering them. Dr. Mikhaylova was genuinely concerned and explained what was wrong in simple terms that didn't make my head spin!

I saw Dr. Rabinovici yesterday and in the past year I have met with four other neurologists that either tried ridiculous methods of high vitamins and infusions, gave me pain medication that conflicted with medication I listed and have been on for months, the third one said Botox was my only option because of the medications I’m on and referred me originally a different hospital but they didn’t have a consult for over a month so I did my research and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Rabinovici took EVERYTHING into account about my headaches to rule out possible auto immune deficiencies. I’m having the blood work done today, yesterday they did more testing than any of the other neurologists did. He didn’t just take my past 6 months of headaches that have become debilitating pain, but the whole picture instead of just throwing medications at me and I really appreciate it. If you have any possible neurological issues I absolutely recommend him.

I had a very positive experience, short wait time, nice dr. Rabinovici. I was happy that they were able to start my testing asap and I didn't have to wait for another appoint, I do wish i had a better understanding of the tests.

Great atmosphere, very clean office extremely nice staff. The doctor was attentive, spent his time asking and listening and did not rush us out at all. He made my son feel comfortable right away.

I saw Dr. Cindy Jadoo for the first time on Wednesday, March 6,2019. The office was extremely organized, clean and the staff was wonderful. The wait time was not long at all. Dr. Jadoo was so easy to speak to. She addressed all my concerns and suggested necessary tests. I felt extremely confident with her care. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a smart, knowledgeable caring neurologist.

The staff is extremely pleasant and caring. The doctor is concerned and probes to really determine what is at the root of the issue. Dr. Saremsky is compassionate and passionate about his craft.
