I want to thank Dr. Han and his staff for always helping my dad. He was in a lot of pain before seen this doctor and now he is getting much better. I also want to thank Luz for always being so caring to my dad when ever he goes to the office since he doesn’t speak English.

If you are looking for a bureaucratic place, where the personnel don't care about the situation of the patient, this is the place.

Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly staffs here. The staffs don’t care and they are just chatting loudly on the desk, NOT willing to help.

Dr. Han and Dr. Kim are extremely professional, and have both mastered their skills, both exhibiting excellent bedside manner and follow through, as well as always accommodating & going above and beyond. As a medical professional myself, I only trust Dr. Han and his team, for my plan of care. The professionalism and acute attention to detail from Dr. Han and his team is commendable, providing comfort and care, even through such uncertain times. I strongly recommend Dr. Han. If it was not for this diligent care, I would not have be able to provide myself, nor for my clients and family. I strongly recommend Dr. Han and his team, as they as the best, and I am grateful for all they have provided for me.

I have been really struggling to find the right Dr.to help me with my lower back problem during pandemic. Had been to 2 other doctors before and had just about given hope. That all ended the day I met Dr. Han and his staffs! Office was very busy and waits but understandable especially after Covid-19. From my first initial consultation, I knew that I was in good hands and that I was finally going to get the help I needed. Dr. Han is not only took time to listen to me, he also explained to me what was happening in my low back and what the next steps would be in correcting the problem. I never felt brushed off. They even followed up with me over the weekend to see how I was progressing. Dr. Han is hands down the best doctor in the NYC area!

*** If your time is PRECIOUS, I do NOT recommend this place*** This place is always make me wait even though I arrive in time. It is pointless to schedule a reservation because they won’t gonna ready for you. You need to wait at least 1 hour if you are lucky. If you are unlucky, i can not guarantee how long you need to waste your time. Receptionist says “nothing we can do” all the time. It is a beyond disappointment. Thank you for wasting my valuable time and experience.

Dr. Han treated my back and did a very excellent job. I was unable to walk and after he put the gel in my spine I was as good as new. The second time I went it was for my neck and shoulder and again he treated me with care and excellence. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Han.

If it weren’t for Dr Han and his staff I don’t know what I would do my spine was so messed up I couldn’t function daily. Every time I went there in severe pain I knew once I was treated I would feel 100% better. Thank you all for making my hurt go away for sometime

Dr. Han is a godsend! I’ve been in chronic pain for years and have tried all the meds and procedures out there. I was almost ready to undergo surgery until I met Dr. Han. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I don’t normally trust doctors but this place is different.

This office is the best! I have severe cervical problems and they never give up on trying to bring me some relief!

Highly recommended very good doctors and very nice staff all doctors and places should be like this and it actually helps the patient to get rid of pain I love this place

Doctors are rude and obnoxious with serious ego issues. Terrible attitudes and very negative people.

Dr. Han is a very knowledgeable and ethical physician. He does things by the book and always looks out for the best interests of his patients. My entire family has been going to him for many years, and I am thankful I found NY Spine Care.
