Isa was my girl! She was very polite and accommodating & sweet! I felt renewed and pampered as I needed it badly. She did a terrific mani-pedi! I will return in 3 weeks to book her again!

There is a reason the name is 5Star Nail & Spa. Because quality is exactly what you get! They do not hustle you into upscaling, and are always kind and courteous to their customers. You get treated with the same warm, inviting atmosphere whether you are there for a quick mani/pedi or extension array of services offered. Highly recommend this salon and all services offered!

These people are a rip off. I went to get my eye brows done and when I went to pay with my card I was told there was a $15 dollar minimum to pay with a card. There is no sign in the salon that states this. I paid the $15 dollars and let her know there is no sign that states that. I had no response. I will not be doing business with them again.

Came here for a pedicure. Was spacious and the service was good for a decent price. The parking lot is the worst I’ve ever seen. Full of potholes making it dangerous to drive in. Shame because it deters me from wanting to come back. Whoever manages this plaza should be ashamed.

Terrible color choices. Terrible tech. Terrible pedicure. Terrible owner. At the end of my visit I wanted to let the owner know about my experience and she didn’t want to hear it- when I said I won’t be returning she said “I don’t worry” no apology or anything!

Jally is the BEST. I don’t go to anyone else but her for my pedicures.she is truly kind, responsive, and great at what she does.

My whole family has used services at Five Star, I've used them the most since they have been open and I always see them trying to improve. Carmen is the best and it is very clean.

5 nails is a great place to get a relaxing mani pedi. I make my appointment with Jally all the time. She is reliable, on schedule and caring. She provides a very relaxing environment for me to get my mani pedi. I have known Jally for a very long time at other salons. She is the best never fails. I highly recommend 5 star nails!

It was a terrible, worst experience in my entire life! Never had an experience with any businesses in my entire life! We booked manicure and pedicure for 4 people including my mom to treat her for her birthday! They took us in and started doing pedicure for three people, ignoring the one person, who was the birthday girl. No information was given on the wait time and when asked we were told to shh. How rude? Then a person proceeded to come do my mom’s pedicure and she immediately started yelling in her own language to the owner! The owner lady comes to look at my mom’s legs and telling her she can’t do it! My mom has been coming to this place for some time, always booking with Marisol and never had a problem! Now this lady, the owner and rude man was speaking with utmost rudeness and disrespecting my mother on her birthday. She had a small allergy spot on her leg (shin area) and without even asking her what it is or anything immediately orders her to cover it up! My mom only gets her foot done for pedicure, usually tells them to not touch the shin area. The person, nor the owners care to ask about the pedicure and starts ordering my mom to cover it up! This is no way to talk to a customer, soo freaking rude. The man keeps saying, “I don’t want to hear what you have to say! ””It’s such a shame, they lost 4 manicures on top of this and let’s just say, WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE! Guess they named the store 5 star nails since they never will be getting 5 star reviews! Beware of this place, you were want to come here!

Tina is AWESOME. She did and amazing job and was so sweet. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was just because my first experience there was not as pleasant service wise, but i came back because they did a beautiful job on my nails regardless. But i had a MUCH better experience today. Maybe the first day I just caught them on a bad day or something. Either way, I will be back again.:)

Loki was very exceptional. His shaping was very precise and exactly how I wanted it. For a simple set he definitely exceeded my expectations, especially since it was my first time being serviced by him. Will be coming back.

I’ve been going to 5 Star Nails for over a year now. I stumbled upon them because I was looking for a salon that is open late. I somehow got Jally my first time and she is the reason I keep going back! She is so kind and always finds a way to fit me into her busy schedule. I love their late hours and how comfortable Jally makes me. She is a great nail tech and also waxes my brows. Definitely my go to spot.

Tina does a great job every single time on my nails. There text message discounts sets them apart from the competitors and keeps me coming back. Highly reccommmend

I am really disappointed. I went on Saturday to get a gel mani for a wedding I had Sunday. By Tuesday morning it was already chipping and coming up the sides. The jagged edges are getting caught in my hair. I feel like this was such a waste of money

Clean. Good service. Facilities need an update and the atmosphere isn’t particularly relaxing but overall quality work for good prices.

How do I pay practically the same amount for only a pedicure and fill in for what I paid for a full set, a pedicure, and a brow wax when I initially went? Ridiculous something ain't right and the finished job on my fingernails not happy with got tired of telling girl how it didn't look right

Only complaint is the wait for service on pedicures.

My name is TASHA and I have been coming to 5 stars for years since they have opened. LOKI, jolly and Tina have serviced me and have done a amazing job every time. There are times I forget to book my appointment lol and they fit me in refuse to go anywhere else, very clean place as I have been there first thing in the am and have watched them scrub the place down so it’s very clean. BEST PLACE TO GO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!

I have found this place to be very professional, clean and friendly. When I first arrived. I ask for a person who know how to do hands and feet who where very l experience. I was introduced to Tina and Bianca. They have always done an excellent job. I am a diabetic and very concern about my health as safety. Always clean and if I want certain things done like cut nails, clean ingrown toe nails and shave down my calluses when needed. If I see something I don’t like I ask for it to be fixed. It is done. Always professional and welcoming in this salon. They are never in a rush to get you out the door. Know their people customers by name. I have been to other salon that just rush you out the door and charge much more for less. I finally found a salon I can trust.
