Just got discharged from this facility from an motorcycle accident. Thank you to the CNA Bethany from the 2nd floor for your service. I hope you enjoyed the appreciation gift. The employees are very friendly and very care taking of the patients from my experience.social workers, nurses, Physical therapy team, and the recreational team are great. Ya will be missed, but I’m glad I’m home. I recommend Nyack for the service you need. #ThankYou

I have been one of the hairdressers here for over 25 years. My observation is a kind and loving atmosphere between all departments towards each other and especially towards the residents. They are great team. Upbeat, happy, caring and professional. The residents are also caring to each other which is beautiful to see. Michael the administrator, is very hands on with all the residents. They know who he is and he knows each and everyone of them and addresses all their concerns. I don't know how much time he spends in the office, because if he's not in the lobby, he's out and about in the building interacting with staff and residents. I've always been happy to work there.

Highly recommend Nyack Ridge. Excellent staff, every single employee we have come in contact with has been highly professional and most of all, kind and compassionate. Michael the administrator is always available when needed. We are so grateful for the outstanding care.

Great facility. The CNAs are very caring and careful with patients. The patients are well cared for by the nurses. The administration is very involved and communicative with the families. Highly recommend.

As a Wound consultant for Nyack NH. I must say that the staff are very good and the rehab department is excellent. I have been doing wound rounds here for some time and the healing rate is great.

Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing is the place I would recommend if you have a family member that needs care. The staff is caring, compassionate and wonderful. I worked at Nyack Ridge for 2 wonderful years and it was a great experience.

My mother is in the care of this facility at this very moment trying to be rehabilitated and it is unfortunate that every time I call to check in on her she is not being treated properly nor is her meals ever on time I'm really regretting the fact she has to finish her time there but as a caregiver who works with children with disabilities I'm required to preform task like bathing and helping to use the restroom not being able to actually do these things for yourself but be left unattended and having to smell it is so wrong on any level of human decency.this needs to change if it were your parents what would you do?
