Staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating! Dr. Huscher is one the the best dentist I’ve been too!

This place is amazing, the staff is very professional and kind. Dr. H is so gentle and soft spoken. My root canal procedure was handle with care and quick. Amazing!

Dentist did a good job. Receptionists are unwelcoming and unaccommodating. When I rescheduled my appointment they gave my appointment to a time the dentist wasn't available and told me they would give me another appointment the following month. They never did. I felt very bad listening to how they addressed some of the other patients.

First time visiting this dental office and things went smoothly. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and kind in assisting with the check in process. Dr Li did a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me advice on how to maintain my teeth. He worked fast but didn’t miss out on the details. The dental office in general is very clean and organized. From getting the X rays done to sitting on dental chair to having the cleaning done took no longer than 35-40 min, which was great for me because I don’t like sitting at the dentist to long. I think I will make this my permanent dentist from here on out.

I had an appointment with Dr. Li to clean my teeth. He did an excellent job, and I didn't feel as much pain as usual during the cleaning; I will definitely be back in six months.:)

He's the best. I came in for an emergency root canal. He took me out of my misery.

I had an appointment with Dr Hubscher for my wisdom tooth removal but ended up getting a different doctor (hopefully she was a doctor!). She was super unprofessional, she took a break to check her phone while she was extracting my tooth and then didn't change her gloves. She also tried to bail on the extraction half way through saying that my tooth was really stuck in there so I would need to go somewhere where they could give me general anesthesia. It was a super strange and traumatizing experience all around.

To make things suspicious and most likely illegal, when I went to pick up my prescription after the extraction it had Dr. Hubscher's name on the it instead of the doctor who treated me.

Had a great experience at NYC Dental Center. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Hubscher is thorough, kind, and has a wonderful bedside manner. He explains everything clearly and answers all your questions.

Approximately 2 years ago. I was referred to this dentist by my union, and I was so happy to have met such a dentist. Dr. Hubscher is the best. He is by far the most gentle dentist that I have ever been to. His bedside manner is superb and very comforting. If you are someone who fears going to the dentist, you will be at ease here, trust me. I have raved so much about this mild-mannered, patient, and peaceful doctor who sincerely cares about his patient's well-being first. All my friends, family, and co-workers are now going there. Dr. Hubscher is meticulous and takes pride in his craft, and is very skilled to say no less. He gives each patient their equal and individual attention, and you never feel rushed. The office is clean and everyone on staff is always courteous. I highly, highly recommend this dental office. Note worthy is there is no or very, very little wait time. They are truly good about appointment times.

This office is great and Jennifer at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful or nicer. Communication is key and Jennifer is an expert at it.

The doctor was so pleasant and honest as well knowledgeable about what I needed to get done to my tooth. He was able to fix it and it came out really nice. Very happy with the outcome.

I came in and saw the doctor for an infection near my wisdom tooth. I arrived early and was seen in less than 30 minutes. I was given a diagnosis, referral and DR. Hubscher treated cavities during that same appointment. Very gentile and profession. I would strongly recommend this Doctor to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I plan on staying with him for all my future appointments

After being bounced around from New York university, dental to other dental services that didn’t work this office saved my mouth. All I can say is hurry up and get here.
