I would give them zero stars if the option existed. The vendor at JFK Airport told me the last stop was Times Square; instead, the driver dropped me off at Bryant Park. When I told him we were not yet at 8th Avenue, he actually insisted - did he think I was an idiot? - that we were at Times Square.
