NYC Human Resources Administration St. Nicholas Job Center reviews
6No one greets you. You’re given incorrect instruction. They’re very rude and I’ve wasted 3 hours just to have a 2 minute unproductive conversation; on the least busiest day at that
The worst office never takes calls. None of these irresponsible damns don't want to work and do the job they are supposed to do. Terrible working staff is what they have. Since the majority of those who work are racists and classists. Which they don't want to help any people. This is not to mention that they like to deny services to people. If you want to improve this office, fire all the staff you have working. Since they are of no use as human beings or workers.
Worst office I have ever been in. The equipment is broken and the number system is always out of service. The workers is worst part. They don't do their jobs they stand around talking to each other more then doing their own job. It took me four hours to see someone and they still didn't help me. This was in August and I went are in October now. My problem is still not fixed and the phone is horrible as well. You can tell they just don't want to help no one at all.
The one star is seriously an over exaggeration.truly honestly the WORST place to be assigned.
Sadly and Unfortanetly, like most government agencies. They believe that because we need them and because we have no real choice but to come to them, that gives them a right to treat us as if we are not humans. Our human rights are actually constantly violated here as people who are in need of help.
They never-ever answer the friggen phones when you call them. That's why pretty soon the kiosk machines will replace them all!
