We are very happy that we chose to work with NYC Intercom. Our building is a small, pre-war, co-op with old wiring infrastructure. Luca and Christian are excellent as they fixed every single nit we requested for all 5 apartments. They were accommodating, on-time, reliable, trustworthy, patient, and very pleasant to work with. They made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left and they always came back to fix any issues including re-programming the settings to fit our needs after a week of using it. While they were here, they also went above and beyond to make us happy, such as fixing our old sagging door. We also appreciate how responsive and communicative Luca is. He knows the system inside out and the installation was perfect. Everyone in the building was very happy with the major upgrade. Luca and his NYC Intercom team really saved us from broken access system / intercom purgatory.

I live in a small 4 unit condo building and we have an intercom system and a key-fob system. Both of them broke in 2022 and we spent months with our previous security vendor and looking through new vendors to try and get the system either repaired or replaced. When Luca called me and explained that some of the parts to our system were out of production and what was and was not compatible with the new parts I checked the manufacturer's parts manual. Luca was right and none of the other vendors knew as much as he did. Everyone else we worked with would come in, change a part, and then the system would still be broken and we'd still be on the hook for more repairs.

Luca and his team did what they said they would, when they said they would, for the price that they said it would cost. They've been able to answer any questions we have and at a price that met or beat everyone else we talked to. He even upgraded the system to have a phone-app for a fraction what we thought it would cost. Our building would certainly recommend NYC Intercom and will be using them for all our future security work.

NYC Intercom Solutions just completed a video surveillance, elevator lock monitoring system, and Comelit intercom upgrade for one of our Manhattan properties. They (Luca in particular) was exceptional from start to finish. Luca and his team were very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and superb during all facets of the project. The project was seamless and completed in the 2-3 week timeline we were given.

Excellent company and staff! Luca and his team at NYC Intercom installed a video intercom system in our 120 year old building. It was a tricky installatiion- our old wiring had to be incorporated and an addiitional door had to be locked and synched in a way that it hadn't been previously. The team worked doggedly to iron out the glitches and get the timing to work perfectly. Moreover, they did a great job aesthetically. They put more time and care into it than I could’ve expected, making multiple visits and talking through our concerns. Luca is a great listener and explainer— very, very patient and exacting! We're very happy with the product and their work. We couldn’t recommend them more!

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by NYC Intercom & Security Solutions! Luca, Christian and the team were responsive, professional, explained all the options available, and worked quickly to resolve my intercom problem. They managed the situation for our entire building/condo. They analyzed and solved the problem with what may have been faulty installation by another company. They made minimal alterations in my apartment to fix the problem and were tidy. I would highly recommend them.

I was stuck with an issue on my intercom on a Saturday night and wrote an e mail thinking I’d probably get a response only on Monday. Surprisingly Luca got on the phone within the hour and resolved my issue. Luca was not satisfied with that. He gave me his cell phone number and asked me to make sure the issue is resolved and call him if there are any issues after I’ve tried it. That is amazing dedication to service.

It was a pleasure working with Luca and his team on the update of intercom buzzer system in the East Village.
