24Excellence service! All of the staffs were very welcoming and kind. I recently got my balayage done by Jessica, it was my first time dyeing my hair and I am more than happy with the results I love it! Jessica knew exactly what she was doing, I will definitely be going back to NYC Panache Solon for other services! Also I got my nails done by Sylvia, she did an amazing job.
Marina is awesome - I’ve been with her for years and have been every color and style under the sun - and she always makes it look beautiful. If you’re in Queens there is no need to look for anyone else for hair!
Had the worst experience with this salon. I had a picture of what I wanted and gave me the complete opposite.she told me she can do exactly as the picture and she ended up ruining my hair. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON.
Brazilian wax was painful of course but not her fault. Very sweet lady. Staff was welcoming and professional.
