11Very bad attitude, he yelled at me and accused me of being ignorant when it came to where to park my car on Saturday at 7am and refused to receive my car, yelling at me.
It is too late to reach management by the attendant continued to drive my manual transmission truck to me while the clutch was burning and smoking. First gear is blown out and I will be contacting management and my attorney. The attendant could not understand what I was saying and he said “it stopping smoking”. This garage will be paying for the repairs. If you cannot drive stick shift then you do not accept the car or have the owner drive it. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and a very costly issue.
Not good, I made a reservation for the cost of $20 even and told them I had a reservation and the valet ignored it and charged me 22. Sure it's only 2 extra dollars but still, if I reserved for specific price, that's what I should pay when it's PRE-PAID IN ADVANCE
215 East 24th Street New York, NY 10010-3802. Attendant was having trouble inputting my wife's Park whiz reservation. So much so he started punching his desk which alarmed my wife and our daughter. They began to feel unsafe. At that point he stated to just pay directly. My wife asked for a price for 3 hours and he would not give an answer. He said could be $15 or $50. My wife advised she would find another garage and then the attendant CLOSED THE GATE! Obviously, they now feel threatened that, and agitated male has trapped them! My wife then calls the police. Only then did he open up the gates. This employee should be fired immediately. My wife and Daughter were coming from Sloan cancer center, recovering from Brain surgery 3 weeks ago. I'm only thankful this situation did not get physical as that could have been detrimental to my wife's recovery. I doubt this would have happened if I was there. Only cowards threaten females.
I had to pay like $12 extra post paying $20 in spot hero which the employee said it’s tax. Really $12 tac for $20 parking? Doesn’t even make sense.
I would AVOID this garage. There are so many garages which are better.
They said they lost my check for monthly parking, then I gave them another and before I could cancel the checks, both were cashed and I'm out $300. During the pandemic, we planned to get out of town and the garage was LOCKED! No way to access, nobody answering phones. They also parked our car IN STANDING WATER and it sat there for days. I tried to work it out with the company and they kept promising a refund but it never happened. Never give them your money, they will find a way to scam you.
Terrible experience! I booked and pay through SpotHero, and when we got there there was a dropped car blocking the car. We looked for an employee just to see what was goin on and he treated us very badly. It was specially harsh for my wife because the employee was misogynistic. I regret for not punching this guy on the face

Literally was verbally assaulted by the man working here. I pre booked a spot and they did not let me park. Disgusting behavior by this attendant. Would have called the police if I didn’t have somewhere to be. Drove out and found a new garage. I have been parking in garages for years in NYC and never have experienced such awful “service” if you can even call it that. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS LOT
They scam you. I had reserved on spot hero. They claimed the internet was down. Meanwhile i saw the attendant access and use the computer that was connected to the internet. He refused to call the SpotHero help line to authenticate. I had my car parked in their for a week and was forced to pay cash, which the attendants pocketed for themselves.
Used an app to pay for parking and when I got there they told me no pickup trucks. After paying and being charged an up fee. They are rude, nasty, and very confrontational. With that said avoid at all costs. Even to save 5 bucks. It’s just not worth it. New management is needed sorely.
