3Worst experience I've had ever with customer service with 1 particular person who was a liar and extremely deceiving. When pulling into the garage I waited almost 15 min for my car to be attended to when asked is this the only parking lott over on that block he responded " I'm not sure he only deals with this parking lott" so I said to him that's impossible you should know because you work in this lott in this area then asked how much is parking he said the price is on the wall gave me the ticket and said ask at the window $90 for 90min come to find out he was demoted prior and had been working very bitterly
They lure you with a small price on the board, but in reality, it is $ 40 per hour and up. Overpriced
One employee, elevator to store cars. You will wait forever to get your car.
