Same as another reviewer mentioned. I prepaid on an app for parking. Showed the proof of payment to the attendant when dropping off my car. He accepted it. Then when I went to retrieve my car, he told me I had to pay $10 extra. Deceiving place. Be ware.

Don't do it. Arrived at 7: 40pm to retrieve my car after working 12 hours at the hospital. There were 9 people ahead of me already waiting. I received my car at 8: 10pm. Over ONE HOUR of waiting. I wish I was exaggerating. Nov 25 attendant, could care less. Inefficient, rude, disrespectful, smiling at everyone's complaints and discomfort. After 3 years of parking here, this was the last time. Zero stars.

Quick at parking and retrieval. Very cold and unfriendly customer service. That is what I will remember.

Reasonable parking but never enough attendants during rush times. One attendant ringing up cars, parking them, and pulling out cars and the lines are getting progressively longer and they're constantly full lately.

As much as I hate leaving my keys for parking attendants, this was the closest location for my stay. I was careless and left cash in one of the storage compartments of my vehicle, one of the attendants proceeded to tip themselves $200. I didn’t realize money was missing till about an hour into my drive home. Will never use this parking garage again.

Horrible people. Told me it would cost one price.ended up paying $30 more because they failed to communicate the terms
