NYC Pest Control

Nice people but they came twice in 2 weeks to get rid of some roaches (mainly in the kitchen area) that we didn’t want to become a big problem and their product did absolutely nothing. They charged us $275 for one appearance but their product is so lousy they had to come back a second time. Not even one roach turned up dead. I’m tired of calling them and moving things out of the way for service that doesn’t work, so I’ll just be sticking to Rest easy pest control.

We love our NYC Pest Control service! Our technician, Raul is amazing! Always on time, helpful and thorough. Most of all, I love that he sprays inside the house and we Don't need to leave!

Bedbugs. Even though we found only 3, this has been quite the little nightmare, and Josh and his crew have been total mensches about it all. Bonus: inspection the day after by extremely cute and serious beagle, who seemed a little sad not to find anything alive in my apartment.

Called for an appointment to have someone come and look at possible squirrel and or bird problem for a private house. Was told they don't do latter work, meaning if they have to access the roof in order to identify the entry point by climbing a latter, they cannot help you. So, if you have to access your roof via a latter on the outside of a private house, don't even waste a phone call to this company. NOTE: I had to give a star in order to post this; otherwise, I wouldn't have given any.

Not sure if he got the mouse, but he did 15 minutes of work, put down 3 traps I could buy at Home Depot, charged us $245 and left. Last time I deal with them.

Taking taking care of business to the next level! Good instructions, they came back multiple times until they were 100% sure everything was copacetic.

My house had been treated by this company for four consecutive months. However, the bedbugs kept coming back. Eventually I called another company and it turns out, the problem was coming from a neighbor’s home, not my own. So the other company had to retreat everything and took care of it. I’m never using this company again.
