I cannot recommend NYC Pooch enough! Tom and the entire staff are so easy to work with, helpful and super responsive. Anne was incredible with my furry friend and my time in the city would not have been the same without her. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for pet care in the city!

NYC Pooch is fantastic! I have a shy rescue dog and they carefully selected dog walkers to meet our needs. Tom is incredibly responsive and helpful in managing schedules, updates, subs, etc.and I can’t say enough good things about our walker, William. We’ve been impressed with all of the NYC Pooch walkers, but have been lucky enough to have William for the last year. He is kind, conscientious and thoughtful and loves on our dogs as much if not more than we do. We are so grateful to the entire team for the love and care they give our dogs.

The best there is. They try to be as flexible as possible which has been a blessing with a dog that has major health issues. The dog walkers are all clearly caring and passionate about what they do. Prices are very reasonable. I've never had a single complaint in the almost year I've been using them. I highly recommend NYC Pooch if you need pet care.

Our dogs LOVE Kevin. This business is clear with communication, have the best walkers and have treated our dogs with nothing but respect. Kevin, our assigned walker, is always on time, knows our dogs, and provides us photos and updates of the dogs. The app for the company is really cool as you can see the route they took, when they were picked up and dropped off. We were relieved to find this walking service upon moving to Manhattan. (8 y/o 80lb lab, 7 y/o 75lb golden retriever)

We have had such a great experience with NYC Pooch. We’ve used their services for daily walks and house sitting for our dog Bode. The daily photos and updates about your pet are something I look forward to, and we always know he’s in loving hands. They are quick to respond to any requests and are always on top of it. Truly couldn’t recommend them more.

I have used NYC Pooch for the last few months since Maple was 8 weeks old. They have cared for her so well, sadly Maple and I are moving out of the city and will no longer get to partake in NYC Poochs wonderful services. I have used both the walking and sitting service and have always been left happy and not an ounce of worry. We were lucky enough to have a few wonderful walkers but by far Will was the best!

After 16 months without a dog walker during COVID we starting with NYC Pooch after prior walker could not accommodate us; turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Our high maintenance dogs immediately fell in love with Shanli and her after-walk reports are the highlight of our day. We are so lucky to have found NYC Pooch & Shanli and plan to keep them as a daily part of our dogs lives and ours.

Cannot recommend NYC Pooch enough! Staff is very responsive through the app. Our pup loves his walker and they seem very knowledgeable about pups and their behaviors. They also offer puppy sitting!

Without question, one of the best dogwalking services in the city. I have worked for them for over 4 years now and have never had a problem with management. They have all worked as dogwalkers themselves so management is especially attentive to personnel issues. Whether you're a potential employee or client, you won't regret finding NYC Pooch, truly a cut above the rest of the competition!

I have used NYC Pooch for the past two years, in three different areas/apartments in NY and I could not recommend them enough! They are extremely responsive and professional. Hands down the best dog walking company I’ve ever worked for. From the absolute beginning you can tell that NYC Pooch cares about what they do. I was hesitant to work here at first since other companies typically use people’s love for dogs as more of a marketing strategy but off the back you could just tell NYC Pooch truly loves what they do and functions more like a family rather then a business.

Working here, I deeply believe NYC Pooch truly cares for their employees, clients and their pups like family. The team has always been extremely supportive and accommodating to your assigned route/schedule. Whether if there's an issue, an emergency, or even if there's something personal affecting you and your abilty to work, the team is right there to lend a hand.
It's important to also note that since the Covid-19 pandemic took a halt on most of our lives, NYC Pooch has been dedicated to ensure that employees like myself, are able to continue to receive our regular paychecks. I thank our staff's proactive approach to becoming approved for the Small Business Loan provided by the Federal Government, which is definitely keeping us afloat.

NYCPOOCH is truly a phenomenal and welcoming company! I began working with them in February of 2020, and the amount of support and kindness I’ve been shown by my fellow walkers, and managers, has been unreal. Jenny (manager) is absolutely wonderful and has consistently given me support in whatever I needed! She was always available if I needed help, or even just a chat! She will make you feel so comfortable and make sure you are well taken card of! Team Pooch makes sure all pups are given the best care! There is thorough and daily communication with pup families and the furry friends couldn’t be happier to have such wonderful people come take care of them and be their companion! Even though we don’t all see eachother everyday, it really feels like you are a part of a family. During the quarantine I was consistently updated on what was happening with the company, and everyone worked hard to make sure us walkers were taken care of, as well as just checking in with us to make sure we were all doing okay. Pup families were also always notified about anything new going on. It was so relieving knowing that in such a hard time, there were so many people who had my back. I cannot stress how well you are taken care of as a part of the NYCPOOCH team. I 100% recommend NYCPOOCH to anyone looking for dog walkers or sitters, you won’t regret it!

NYC Pooch is amazing. I used another service for my 6-month-old puppy River and while they got the job done, I’ve noticed a huge difference since he’s been with his walker, Amber. She is attentive, works on training and provides tips. Her daily updates after every walk are detailed, thorough and include pictures of my pup while I’m away from him. NYC Pooch has been a life saver and I trust them and my walker Amber immensely. I highly recommend their team. They have exceeded all my expectations.

NYC pooch has been a lifesaver! SUPER responsive and also just amazing with our dog. We love our walker who comes and plays with our dog. I also love how easy the app is to use and how responsive they are when we need to cancel or change appt times. Additionally, the walker always sends photos and a “report” of sorts which is really great. We had a lot of anxiety leaving our puppy at home but now are totally at ease to leave him knowing that NYC Pooch is there to play with our pup!
