17This place is very unorganized, and the workers don’t seem to have a care in the world about the drivers, they mislead you with information and blame you after.
TLC government agency of NYC takes money from hard working immigrant cab drivers, slavish policies and rules punishing drivers every complaint get more than one summons.even homeless hits cabbies car mirror or kick cabs.every dispute starts with I will report you.
The worst place ever. The people that work for TLC are incompetent and lack empathy. TLC takes all your money that you work hard for just to get lackadaisical service from 95% of employees.
Swagger Corrugated organization supported by the mayor, they cross red lights as they were police officers, taxi drivers are oppressed day after day with tickets and regulations, mayors create organizations to increase state revenues to support those who abuse public resources
I was met by a bearded employee and did not serve me anything, please keep him away from working with Uber
I have seen so many bad review regard to service even i had been gone thorough similar experience how ever this time was quite pleasant because of miss" romona" i really thank full to her effort she was such professional, polite considerate and problem solver.thank you very much miss ROMONA FOR HELPING ME i wish i could give her 100 star.
Thank you TLC! Your cap on TLC plates has caused the TLC weekly car rent through the roof. Average car rent is 450 to 525 and above. Drivers like us a being abused by the garages and being forced to pay more! I thank you for making our life miserable!
BEWARE. I called TLC to ask a questions, rep was so rude on the phone, question was how can I pay summon settlement online, she said no payment online, I said paid before, she got upset and started raise her voice, I just hang up the phone. After I tried different page on TLC website, I was able to pay online. This rep lied and rude should not allow to deal with humans. BEWARE.
Unprofessional customer service, TLC needs to be organized.the summon appearance not required but they want me to go all the way down TLC to pay for the summon.
The worst place in NYC. Nobody doing this job, just sitting on the chair. This place only can waste your time, but you have no problem with them. Because you have to come here.
No cashier, they go for break every 20 minutes and disappear for 30minutes.please take some action tlc authorities.
The service in this office is so bad that every time they treat me or see them treat someone else as if we were insects i say they couldn’t give worse service then this. They always surprise me with a worse service. It’s like the are no management in this place or they are way over there heads as if they didn’t even exist. Hardly recommend going some where else that’s what am gonna do at least
I was late little more than 30 minutes of my appointment. The security lady didn't let me in. She said "You can't be late more than 30 minutes. You have to make new appointment" I hesitated to leave, finally she let me in.
Tip: Don't be late for your appreciation!
The security lady was rude. She as well gave me wrong information. She said " what I came for can be done online". I came for name change, so I knew it can't be done online. She argued with me but I finally won. So she let me in.
I had good experience inside. They did change my name without giving me any hard time.
Tip: Make sure you have all required documents with you.
My three experiences at this location have always been pleasant.yes crowded, but i noticed they are moving as fast as humanly possible and addressing every drivers needs.you may get attitude but for the most part you get what you give.plan it out, take your time and smile you will see how far and fast that will get you.
They do not make it easy to file a complaint on a taxi driver. Leadership needs to call the number themselves and go through the prompts and they will see it is not easy.
I tried to get my vehicle transfer and TLC vehicle inspection date.been a week still didn't get any response. Called the TLC office, no information given. I was told by a broker. If i paid $250 to a broker. I will get inspection date within 3 days.because the broker knows someone who works at FHV transfer department and scheduling TLC inspection appointment.it's unbelievable! This is ripped off.
