Keith & his son were very helpful. 50+ emails & phone calls back & forth to make sure I was taken care of being from out of state, finding the exact right diamond. The price points were very reasonable & better than something you would find in a store. Perhaps what I appreciated most about these guys was they were very patient, never pushy, & always looking to provide valuable insight without selling you in any certain direction. I had the pleasure to work with Keith, personally throughout the past couple of months looking for the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. Even before deciding to go through Keith and his business, he gave me all insight and knowledge about the process of picking a jeweler, specifications of diamonds, and even helped me out with needed advice on insurance for jewelry. Once I decided to work with Keith for the perfect engagement ring, he was very attentive to what my fiancé had in mind for a ring, gave advice on certain specifications and came up with the most perfect/ much better than I would’ve ever anticipated ring in my price range. The process was overall very quick and easy, the ring took about a month to create and I was most nervous about shipping (I live in Pennsylvania and it was FedEx shipped) but Keith took great care of the process and packaging and the ring was delivered in two days. I am forever grateful for Keith’s wonderful care and business throughout the entire process, he made everything easy and actually fun when I was originally stressed to find the perfect ring.
