Housing Authority NYCHA reviews
10As of today 1/26/21, Is not open to the public just the employees, they should be more specific.
I been calling to get the address to mail the section 8 renewal form but it seem that non of the employees know the address can somebody help with this matter?
I had to reapply all over again. After two year waiting list maybe longer that. Still no call for interview nothing. I am working.
Besides waiting on the line for a.number the process was REALLY 1,2,3 quick! First line of 2020 breeze
After spending the entire morning waiting for my turn, the manager assured me my case was pending and just waiting for an inspection. I called two weeks later to follow up and he did absolutely nothing! As a matter of fact my case is now closed! Absolutely ridiculous
If anyone knows where i can report this please let me know!
The NYCHA security at Fordham plaza are terrible. They refuse people from entering the building if they are offended. They infringe and oppress people rights. They refuse to give you their names and company name when they are challenged. Terrible people! I called the police on them two separate times for oppressing me and my children.
They always losing paper work, have one going back and forth for nothing when if they would do thiere job one wouldnt have to, also when you call they are never helpful
It is best to visit this place late in the afternoon, Tuesday to Thursday. Avoid the first and last days of the month and the last few days at the end of the year
My first visit since moving to Manhattan was two days ago and I was pleased. The representative was very helpful and really patient because I was a little confused. NYCHA needs to hire more of our older citizens because they know their stuff. Please fire the kids
