The best hospital ive been too i
just gave birth to my 3rd child staff was amazing so was the doctors and soo was the hospital food aswell.

They gave my fiancé a patient here, a tray with just coffee for lunch! Handed it to her with a straight faced saying “Here I have a tray for you”!
Nurses were amazing courteous and took special interest and provided excellent care.
Be aware they don’t have some of specialist doctors on legal holidays, so we had to wait for the next day for that,

I would give zero star! Worst emergency i have ever seen in USA! It’s been 6 hours I was waiting with my 9/10 painful injured back (fell stairs down) and they didn’t even give me a simple pain medication or doctor didn’t show up atall during this 6 hours! A nurse was specifically very rude! As if she is doing favor to the hospital by her presence! I also work in a world famous hospital but our emergency doesn’t make patients suffer like this! Atleast you can train your nurses to talk nicely to patients! Even after multiple requests, no doctor showed up in 6 hours! One star is even too much for this hospital.

Honestly, I would give 0 stars if it let me This place is terrible with handling patients. It doesn’t matter if you have a stomach ache or 5 broken ribs you will wait for 5 hours to be seen, someone will come ask you general questions and leave you there for another 5 hours. After 9 hours of checking in; RN David Slone provided no answers on testing that was submitted. Avoided to talk with us and when we asked a question he told us he was going to get a MD to check on us then he clocks out! HONESTLY IF YOU HAVE PAIN JUST DEAL WITH IT YOURSELF DO NOT COME HERE

From the doctors to the nurses, each and everyone of them were phenomenal! The care given to patients is beyond what is expected. The nursing staff on the 4th floor, was wonderful; caring for the patient's every need without hesitation. Their patience is incredible and make the patient feel comfortable and secure before and after surgery. The nursing staff on the 4th floor at the hospital is just wonderful. The doctors are too. Highly recommend this hospital if you need one. Very impressed with everyone on the 4th floor! Bravo to all and thank you for all you do!

I've had the same procedure done at other hospitals but none compares to this. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable wait time was minimal and the after care instructions were thorough and easy to understand I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Just gave birth recently; the hospital is outdated in ways but the staff is absolutely AMAZING! Nurses and doctors went over and beyond for your comfort! My baby and myself were treated so beautifully?

Labor and delivery amazing I have nothing bad to say about the department I gave birth about 3 weeks ago this hospital is amazing from the beginning til the end. They were very friendly and understanding. Dr Cohen delivered my baby he’s a great doctor I honestly recommend him. The nicu department is great I have so much great things to say about them they are like angels. They took great care of my baby even after I was discharged my baby had to stay for a couple more days they treated him amazing. They said I can call anytime I wanted to find out about my baby and every time I did call they were so friendly and answered all my questions. I 100% recommend this hospital to any moms getting ready to have their little bundle of joy ️. Again labor and delivery and the nicu department are the best I love them and all the staff.

Sucks patient care. Never consistent status updates with staff. No confidence with practice always unsure. Staff does not communicate.

Worst experience ever pain level is 10 they put iv in front of everyone no privacy. I was waiting for 4 hours while I seen one person out of all of us get the most work out done. Super surprised on nyu since I’m an employed with them. Went to Northwell I saw me in 30 mins.

The worst they don’t answer the phone!
Been calling and calling and every once in a while they will answer!
Trying to follow up with my family and get some info.

Do not use this hospital, please go somewhere. I was there with chest pain and a cough. Waited 2 hours and never saw a doctor.

Gave birth to my son here 3 years ago and was literally treated with disrespect and trash by the nurse that was suppose to be caring for me after I had my c section. The doctor mocked me too when she examined and put pressure on my abdomen. Don’t give birth here. They need to close this hospital down!

The authority needs to do Their job asap, this hospital is more than horrible, the American citizens people does not deserve those kind of treatment, we are human being, not an animal come on guys do something soon as possible, all the staff member need to be change or re certify them period. They not even giving the minimum care… this people do not care for no one, it’s like they never get paid…

My wife and I were involved in a mva was brought here by ambulance waited for 4 hours just to be seen then was sent to the waiting room for another five hours until I made them check me out so not come here
