NYU Langone Radiology - 32nd Street reviews
5 I was very anxious going in for my first MRI. The technicians and doctors were all extremely attentive, caring, and patient. (I also loved that the team was all women).
I needed some time to breathe and calm myself down after they inserted the IV and injected glucagon. They gave me all the time I needed and didn’t feel rushed at all. They also gave me ice packs when the injections gave me hot flashes.
I got to keep my sweater and shoes on since I was cold. They also gave me blankets, adjusted my pillows, played music (I recommend Mazzy Star), and talked to me through the scan to make sure I was doing okay. Despite being a nervous wreck, this was a very positive experience and I’m so grateful.
Easy appointments, nice staff, professional doctor. The entrance is from 31st Street because there are constructions in 32nd street blocking their main entrance. This was August 14th 2023
They are very good with the kids. The staff very attentive and polite.
The office is clean. I recommend this place.
Positive experience. Male tech was very nice and professional. All staff seemed professional and efficient. I was seen earlier than my appointment time.
I had an issue with my ultrasound and I'm giving 5 stars because I am impressed with how both the tech and the leadership ultimately handled it. Being willing to accept feedback is the hallmark of a stellar practice. Thank you Adam and thank you to the tech, Natalya Markel.
