7 I have been coming here for years.
The technicians for the most part are nice and friendly.
The reception desk, however.i checked in on line and still went to the receptionist. She didn't say good morning and was nasty as one could be! Everyone can have a bad day, but her attitude was inexcusable. Her co worker Robyn jumped in and went the distance for me. Very grateful for her help and friendly demeanor.
I believe consistency is important.so I keep coming back, bit one day
How sketchy is it that the only reviews here are low, there are several reviews of the machines being down here and getting appointments cancelled last minute.

The receptionist is extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. If you dislike your job work somewhere else.
Said my appointment did have the proper signatures even though this is the location who requested I come to them. Once I was able to get through to someone and get it I was told oh well it’s too late
I had an appointment for sonogram at 12: 20 so I showed up at 1215. I was checked in and told to sit down to wait. Other people came for other different tests and went in while I waited but I thought bc they were different tests they went in first. After 25 minutes waiting this other lady comes to the front desk and asked me what I want so I said I was here for a test and she's like well I don't know what's going with a bad attitude. Like didn't they other lady checked me in? Was she supposed to tell her about me? IdK that's their fault. I sat like she asked me to. She asks for my name and brings me to sit and wait in another area. It's now 1 o clock and I'm still waiting. I gave it 3 stars bc the technician was really nice and gentle. The front desk people need to work on their communication skills I had to go in with a full bladder and bc they let somebody else go in before me eventhough I was there first. I almost peed on myself.
I went here today April 5,2023 at 6 Ohio Drive, Suite 104 for an MRI. I was greeted by Gina Wright at the front desk. She gave me forms to fill out and was very courteous, polite and accommodating. She helped me with all the forms I had to fill out, and answered all of my questions patiently and throughly. She helped me graciously through the process. Afterwards I asked Gina for the disk of my MRI and she stated it would be about 20 min. Gina was on her way out to lunch and informed me it would be 10 min more. The disk came to me in exactly 10 min. Gina is a perfect example of Commitment, Attention to Detail and Immediate Follow -Up. She deserves to be compensated very well for her customer service skills.

Went in on January 4th to get x-rays done on my right toe. Results were not given then and there but instead were emailed to my doctor. I then received a call form my doctor saying that my toe was fractured. He then scheduled me to see an orthopedic. The orthopedic once again took x-rays.only to tell me that the bone in my toe was completely fine. No damage or fracture. Instead he informed me I had arthritis caused by inflammation.
