Oak Orchard Health - Warsaw

I’ve been on the waiting list for 3 years and I’ve been having issues with my mouth and my teeth are in pain and I call for an emergency appt, the receptionist a, doesn’t tell me if anything is available just tells me that I should go to rochester, every day. (What car) Whole other lady had told me to call and if there were free appointments that I could get in for an emergency. Place is a joke. And thanks for the 3 years I haven’t been able to get in. My teeth really appreciate it.

My old broken molar tooth finally abscessed, and the only dentist within 25 miles who would treat this urgent crisis was at Oak Orchard. The same day! The receptionist was polite and helpful. And the dentist, Eric Winnie, extracted the broken roots successfully.

I which the office would say they are closed 11/25/22 black friday instead the phone volume is high. I was on the line 1hour and 30 minutes. The phone number and address said the office is open until 5: 00pm.wrong. Just be honest with a patient who needed to see a doctor.

First missed appointment they made me write an apology letter just to let me back in the door. Second missed appointment they basically put me on a naughty list by making it so I can only book same day appointments even on the case of emergency. Counting for the fact the doctor I prefer only worked like Tuesday and Thursday back when I went their that's only two possible on if I could get seen that day.
I have autism with showing symptoms of ADD and explaining that that effects my memories (though I'm usually strongly against using it as an excuse this seemed like a appropriate time due to it playing a bit factor), but even explaining that they still insisted on the limitations.

I was told they were booked but in a few months time they would call me for an appointment time. After a 4 months I call back they say oh so sorry but we will put you on our cancellation list. Six months later was told the same things. Thinking I must be close to the "chosen one". Call six months later and was told that they take existing patients over new patients. If I was told this in the first place I would have looked elsewhere. The receptionist needs to be FIRED for her very rude attitude. I guarantee talking to new patients is a waste of time for her so she is rude to them. Even though I've been waiting over a year and a half strung along for an appointment.

Waiting time is almost a hour. As staff sat talking to each other. Horrible service. Then when you finaly get called they are rude. Wouldn't go there ever again.

They are very misinforming And the guy dentist is very rude. People at the desk are nice but when they make a mistake and you're on the phone they are rude as well. And the nurse acts like she knows everything and they poke at you about how bad your mouth is. Dont recommend going there.
