Oakberry Acai Bowls & Smoothies Upper East, New York NY

This place is the perfect quick meal on the go, healthy and easy, worth a visit if your anywhere on the Upper East Side. I had the açaí bowl w almond banana and chia w granola. Simple, got me through a busy day. Grabbed a power bar for later. I will be back.

Açaí is okay. I think there are better out there. Unlimited toppings is cool. The high schoolers who work there always give off a weird vibe.

What a disappointing establishment. The açaí flavor was excessively sweet, resembling a milkshake rather than a balanced treat. Spending $40 on two shakes that turned out to be so unappetizing was quite disheartening. We communicated our dissatisfaction with the staff at the counter and chose to dispose of the shakes in an outdoor garbage bin, as we were concerned about potentially causing a spike in the blood sugar of any homeless individuals if we were to give them away.

The food here is great! Unfortunately, I got a very rude person at the front was not friendly or accommodating.

Will have to update this review with pictures as I didn’t take any this time but…wow. How absolutely delicious. The perfect choice of toppings, I’ll definitely get a bowl (in a cup!) next time. This time I got an açaí smoothie, the PB one, and it was AMAZING! So incredibly delicious!

I just moved to the neighborhood and am so happy to have found this. Can’t wait to get a treat on my walks home from work!

Best açaí bowl in NYC hands down! Please ignore all the silly comments of people saying it’s too sweet, not true. This is a non-blended base for a bowl (Thank Goodness! Because blended bases are awful/gross!) This is a pure açaí base so you’re tasting the deliciousness of the açaí berry. It’s absolutely delicious and am happily becoming a regular!

The açaí is sooooo sweet in a bad way, if it wasn’t so sweet it would have the potential to be great

Açaí was on the sweeter side and strawberry I got was spoiled, but overall pretty good. Great service.

Finally! So excited to have Oakberry in the UES. This is the best and only Açaí I will ever have. The Açaí is so fresh and doesn’t taste so artificial and frozen like most places. They have the best unlimited toppings. Can’t get enough of the peanut butter crunch. So happy:)

Without a doubt THE BEST açai spot in the city. Fantastic taste, great speed and ambiance. If anyone is looking for a good açai to try, this is the place to go.
