When I initially signed up they were great as it was not during the regular sign up date. But I called on Septemeber 30 to see if I could meet to look at different policies for January. He informed me that he could not legally discuss it till October 1. He further told me that he would call me back in the next two weeks, and should expect to hear from him. It never happened.

Matt was extremely enlightening with respect to my Medicare choices. He guided me easily and effortlessly to my perfect plan.
