The absolute worst experience. I booked an appointment to be a new patient 2 months in advance. A week prior to my visit, I was requested to change my appointment for a day before. Fine. The day of appointment, I receive a phone call to come 3 hours before my visit, otherwise I won’t be seen. Great! The doctor only saw me for 5 minutes and left without properly answering all of my questions. After my visit I had to call 3 times to finally get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. A month later, when I’m calling about the results of my Pap smear, I was told I have to repeat the procedure. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE.

Terribly unprofessional, worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited for 2 hours just to be seen.once I got in the room assistants (who were not seeing me) barged in the room without knocking, rattling utensils and acting as if I wasn’t even there giving no privacy whatsoever. It took me spelling my last name 5 times for one assistant who couldn’t seem to understand. Just worse than terrible. I would give -5 stars if I could. Not to mention, assistant chased me down at my car because she forgot to due paperwork.

Horrible unprofessional staff! I went to see Dr Grecco twice. First time he pretty much rushed me out of the office. The Second time when I saw him. Before he examined me I was explaining all procedures I had in the past etc. I explained I’m very sensitive and had a lot of pain. He proceeded to examine me and he was extremely rough. I started to tense up and he was annoyed and said “ You are exaggerating “!
I was embarrassed and disgusted!

Highly unprofessional. Was hired there to be a medical receptionist works for two days then was called and said to me that unfortunately there were too many staff members and they had to let me go. I turned down three jobs because they hired me on the spot. Not to mention the amount of work that you have to do for only $15 an hour.

Love dr. Greco but unfortunately everytime im here I wait 1-2 hours to even get in the room and all I’m here for is to refill my script… a little ridiculous if you ask me. They also have a very bad habit of letting people in first that have arrived later. All and all never make an appt here if u have something to do that day bc you’ll have to dedicate all your time to waiting in the office

If i can give no stars i will. This place is very unprofessional. The guy doctor scheduled a appointment for me just for me to come and be told something else. On top of that been here since one and was seen around 3 can you imagine. All i came for was results and yet i left with nothing! Terrible

He has been in the family for many years that he is definitely one of our own family. He's attentive and will help as much as he can.

Doctor Grecco and his wife are EXCELLENT doctors! Very caring and professional you will find NO better! Sometimes there is a wait but worth every minute of the wait!

He is the best doctor that I ever had. He's friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't rush you. He delivered both of my kids and I trust him with my life. Yes the wait may be long but I would wait forever for him because I know I'm getting the best care. I have two beautiful healthy kids and I cannot thank him enough

Terrible service, extremely unprofessional. They constantly cancel your appts when they overbook. They use the same excuse every time they cancel you. They should keep a record of that. Wouldn’t even give 1 star.

Dr Grecco, if you are reading this. Your staff and YOU should know better. Shame on you! Even though I never got to met you, your staff are a representation of you and your practice. They are very rude and unprofessional. I waited a total of 3 hours to see you. When I asked how much longer.their response was 4 more patients and couldn't tell. How can you allow over booking of patients during this pandemic? Not only you're risking my health by allowing me to wait 3 hours in your office but the health of other patients and your staff. When I voiced my complaint, their solution was for me to reschedule! Reschedule, well I was already rescheduled 3 hours ago!

Like the doctor I see here. Only problem is that they will tell you that your appointment is a certain time and you will have to wait two hours to get seen.

Every time I go in there. Anyone can ask "when am I next" and they automatically get next. I have gone early or on time and had to wait 3 hours. I swear on my heart, 3 hour wait! To see doctor Grecco! All because staff is incompetent. We sign in, there is a list. Simple! NEVER AGAIN. Every time I say never again. This time i will find a new dictor.
