Oblong Books [Millerton]

Such a fun bookstore! My kids would have been happy staying here all day. Very cute place for unique children’s gifts and books!

Oblong is hands down one of the best stores in Millerton. They have an amazing selection of books and items to create thoughtful gifts. From puzzles to flying wish paper, they are always one of my first stops when in the village.

I love small independent bookstores, and Oblong Books rates very high for variety and charm. It has a large selection of cards for every occasion. Puzzles and games abound. Book recommendations are found throughout. And an extremely helpful staff round out the enjoyable experience.

This is my daughters favorite shop in town, they have tons of books and toys in the downstairs section for children. Tons of books upstairs for adults/older children.

I love this place. They have a great selection of books. My kids LOVE the unique toys and games they sell. My sister usually gets them gift certificates to here. There’s always something cool for the kids. My kids usually go over budget because they like everything. It’s a great spot to find a great book or a unique gift.

The booksellers are always a delight, they're so kind and patient. There are so many different books and fun accessories every time I go, it's hard to keep to a budget!
