Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas Melville

I had a wonderful experience with Ocean Spray, our sales rep Amanda provided us with a great amount of information being that it was our first time purchasing a spa. They made the process smooth and simple throughout our purchase and delivery. I highly recommend Ocean Spray and will be back when it comes time for our second spa!

Buyers beware! We purchased a Hot Springs sauna from ocean spray a year and a half ago. It has major internal defects and leak issues even though we take extremely good care of it. We use it a couple times a week, only my husband and myself -no children, no guests, nothing. The tub has cracks and leaks throughout. They have been extremely difficult in responding for repairs. We've had to wait two weeks at a time for a technician who comes without proper tools and equipment and then we have to schedule follow ups that take weeks at a time. Hot tubs are not supposed to crack within a year! We were told the tub would last 10-15 years. We are now meant to be scheduled for the hot tub to be taken back to the Hamptons for diagnostics and we have to wait another week to even schedule that! We have taken extremely good care of our tub and yet here were are only 18 months later and will likely have to wait through 8-10 months of stress, headaches, paperwork, phone tag and two-week later appointments to even have a functional tub. It is very disheartening and I would strongly recommend avoiding Hot Springs and Ocean Spray.

Ocean Spray is a fantastic place to buy a hot tub. The Store has a good selection of Hot Tubs and are wonderfully displayed.
However, it's never really about the place, but rather, the Peolpe that assist you that make or break the Eperience
I was new to hot tubs and had a lot of questions. After much researching and visiting various Dealerships I was fortunate enough to meet Sonny at Ocean Spray Hot Tubs. Sonny worked with me for over a year before I made my purchase.
He answered all my questions and was very forthright and knowledgeable.

My family and I have been searching for a hot tub for over a year. We finally came across Ocean spray hot tubs and Suanas. Meredith was our sales women and we couldn't be more pleased with her service. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we have had a great experience with our hot springs spa. Our salesman, Sonny, was great. He helped us pick out our tub and was extremely knowledgeable about their products. This was the first hot tub store we visited and he was so sure of his products that he didn’t pressure us to “close the deal “ immediately. We were purchasing a salt water tub and visited other hot tub stores after, but came back to Sonny to buy. He was “spot on” when he told us other companies would talk down salt water tubs because hot springs owns the patents.
We ordered our hot tub last January, while we were still in the midst of the pandemic. Sonny was honest with us about the delivery date, which was a few months in the future. Our delivery went off right on time! Our tub was delivered and the following day, the electrician hooked it up. 7 months later, we have had no problems and enjoy our tub almost every day. Thank you Sonny for being honest and taking care of every aspect of our purchase and delivery!

This is the second hot tub I bought from Ocean spray because of a relocation to a new house. Hot Springs is the Cadillac of all hot tubs and they’re the only salt water spas around, ”ocean spray” is truly the Cadillac of all hot tub dealerships. Meredith is the best. She helped us pick out the right spa and we’ve never been happier, she took the time to figure out what hot tub was best for us and what cover assist would work for us In Our design. She is there for us if we ever have any questions and Hopefully this will be our last spa purchase in the Long Island NY area. If we move at some point I will get another Hot Springs hot tub only hoping that the quality of businesses where we purchased our spa’s will be the same. Thanks again Meridith and “Ocean spray”

Tried to but a replacement temp control and they wouldn’t sell it to me unless I bought a whole new heater. Not nice

We had a great experience with Sonny & Ocean Spray, and we love our Hot Spring. Due to the pandemic we had multiple delays on our contractor side. Sonny and his team stayed patient through the whole ordeal.

My husband and I purchased the Limelight Gleam about 1 month ago from Ocean Spray. I wanted to wait until we had a little time to use it before doing my review. I spent over 7 months researching hot tubs, features, different sizes, warranties, and customer reviews, along with reading every blog by spa professionals so I was very well informed by the time we had narrowed down our choices to the top 3. We visited a few other showrooms in Nassau county as well. I had emailed Sonny at Ocean Spray to inquire about pricing and from that moment on I was already sold. He spent extensive time, answering all of my questions and working with me to get me everything I wanted in the price range I needed to be in. My husband and I then decided to make a trip to the showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Meredith, the other salesperson at the Melville location. She was just as attentive and helpful as Sonny. My husband who has been in sales for over 25 years could not have been happier with the service. And now for the best part. The hot tub is beyond our dreams so far! I think we have been in it every night since we got it. If your ready to buy a hot tub, go straight there and see Sonny and Meredith, you won't regret it!

****UPDATE MAY 2022**** I truly would never have expected to ever have anything bad to say about this company. However, we ordered a replacement cover last year August (10 months ago), and every time we call we are told it is still in California and has not shipped. Initially we were very patient and understood that there were shortages, but now this is inexcusable. We were proactive and ordered the replacement cover over a year ago, now it is ripping so extensively and filling with water that it is becoming extremely heavy and will eventually damage or break the holder at the back of the hot tub. So if we have damage to a VERY expensive hot tub it will be our problem? I am soo disappointed and now disgruntled.

Ocean Spray Hot tubs serviced my spa and I didn't even buy it from them. They sent a technician who was on time, courteous, clean and got the job done quickly! The folks in the store are always happy to help with a question or advice on maintenance. Love this business!

Its ALL GOOD at Ocean Spray. My wife and I walked into the Melville store, Meredith greeted us asked what we are looking for in a hot tub. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time to show us the difference in the hot tub on display. The way its made, how it works, salt system, energy efficient design, warranty. She listened to our reasons for getting a hot tub and recommended the Envoy. IT IS GREAT, SALT WATER SYSTEM, JETS, MOTO-MASSAGE, LIGHTS and Accessories. We LOVE it.

From start to finish, Meredith got it done and there every step of the way. She recommender Jim the electrician. Jim was GREAT, He took his time to make sure the electric hookup was done right. Made sure I got what I wanted and that all the work was done at the right time working with my Paver contractor weeks before delivery. Jim is the BEST!

Delivery, set up.orientation, initial chemical and follow up was all I hoped for. Working with Meredith and talking with Sonny on phone and in the store was easy and available when wanted.

Would I recommend Meredith and Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas? ABSOLUTELY!
