Great car service, I call them for ride from trump village to Ave U. They said 10 min. Car arrive in 8 minutes

We WERE loyal customers but now we will be taking our business elsewhere. Horrible car service and rude dispatcher.

Wanted to order a car today. Male dispatcher said five minutes. 25 minutes passed, no car and when I called to check on it he hung up on me.

Only use this service if you expect to be hung up on or late to your destination!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you do decide to use this car service, expect to be lied to about your car arrival time (if it ever shows up). And if you do bother calling the dispatcher for help, expect to be cursed out and hung up on.

Terrible customer service, terrible wait time and terrible experience overall

Car been booked evening before the morning ride at 6: 30 am, missed my appointment on time, the driver called to me at 8 am

They said my car would show up in 10 minutes and they did I didn't have to call them back and ask where the car is

Myself and my family have been using this car service for years. I will never use the car service ever again.

I ordered a car, and 10 minutes after it was supposed to show up called the car service to check on the status. They put me on hold, and never got back to me. I called another car service, which showed up promptly. On a way home, I called Oceana car service twice, trying to cancel my order, however, they never picked up. After I got home, and 40 minutes after Oceania’s car was supposed to arrive, the driver called me to let me know he is at the pickup spot. I explained to him what happened, and he cursed me out and hung up the phone…. Never, ever again am I using this car service!

Arrived 10 minutes early to home and got to destination at the fastest route. Will use again. Thank you!

Several different times I’ve been hung up on by the dispatchers. I’ve been in cars that has no Tlc plate. Just regular plates. And also had arguments with a dispatcher. I’ve worked in bases and I’ve been a dispatcher before for many years. Never have I experienced such low class disrespectful rude dispatchers in my time. I would never recommend them and the only reason why I used them was because of sheepshead bay being small, I’m new out here and not knowing other car services. Thank god I drive now. I tried to order my hubby a car to work and told the dispatcher we are using a card. The dispatcher says okay. The driver comes. Calls me says he’s downstairs and I said my husband is going down. He sees my husband. Says he doesn’t have card machine to take his card and drives off. The dispatcher says the driver said my husband didn’t have a card and wanted to give the numbers. Not true. They are liars and it’s disgusting how they treat customers. I’d give 0 stars if 0 was an option

Horrible! I called for car service a week ago from my job to my home. I was quoted a price, and I agreed to pay it. The car shows up (driver not wearing a mask), but I give him my destination address. This guy starts driving extremely erratically. All of sudden, 2 minutes into the car ride he asks me how much did dispatch tell me it would be. I thought that was odd because I assumed they communicated that to him prior to picking me up (NOPE, they dispatch cars from other companies and don't even speak with them), but I told him anyway. He then says, "it's not $18, it's $22. " So I politely ask him to let me out, mind you it's 6am in the morning, I am a nurse. I call the car service again and she sends me another ride, but guess what, SAME ISSUE. The driver said the price was wrong and he asked to me to pay more! I called dispatch and put her on speaker, and they're literally arguing over the phone with each other about the price. During the ride, the driver was talking very poorly about the company and how they are very delusional, ect. Like, I wanted to hear all that at 6am in the morning. Extremely poor customer service and communication. I agreed to pay the guy what he asked for to eliminate the drama, as I was tired and just wanted to get home. I would never, EVER use these buffons again.

Called to request a van and was hung up on. Called back and they were rude and hung up again before I was finished getting and giving info. I would NOT refer this company! Not sure how they get customers while being rude and hanging up! I would think they would be nicer considering Uber & lift are taking over. They should be out of business! They don’t even deserve 1 star! -100 stars is my rating!

Prior using Oceana, I called a couple of different car services for a ride to the airport, however no one had cars available, probably they prefer to stay local, and loose their customers. Oceana car service helped me out. Pickup was on time and their car was good. Also, service is reasonably priced, unlike other car services in the neighborhood.

Having ordered a car in your service, when the Driver arrived and asked me to close the trunk of the car, I have never seen such impudence! And the dispatcher Huan was not very polite, and spoke rudely!

When i need a Cab to the Airport i always use this Company. Everything works out great. Very friendly People and always on time.
