Oceanview Nursing Home, Far Rockaway NY

This is not a big facility. Administrative people and nursing staffers are very kind and caring. They do their best with their ability. We brought our mother here for hospice care. We are beyond satisfied. Thank you Ben, Eli, Renee, Social work and all the kind clinical staffers.

Oceanview is the Best nursing and rehab center!

The staff really cares about the residents, they go above and beyond to take good care of the patients, that I have seen for myself, and they also provide transportation for the families and friends if necessary, thank you to all the staff of Oceanview and God bless.

My brother was there for 3 months for physical rehab following an accident that injured his leg and I went there to visit him often.
The staff treated him very well and he received excellent care. I found the surroundings and rooms very clean and pleasant. He was able to go out twice a day for a smoke. The meals looked good. He asked for and received a new TV. He was treated very well and kindly by the staff, especially patient services coordinator Benjamin.
My brother received great care and he and I are happy with his experience

I truly recommend Oceanview nursing and rehabilitation center! They took such amazing care of my husband! The rehab department is wonderful together with all the staff. They were so welcoming and friendly and made me and my husband feel literally like at home.
Benjamin the concierge does a great job and takes care if every residents needs.
Chana the RN supervisor is so warm and friendly and made sure my husband git all the care he needed!
If you're looking for a rehab center don't look any further then Oceanview.

A very well run facility for best in elder care and on going rehabilitation around the clock, I fully recommend this place for the care of your loved ones who need the very best. The meals are really great and nutritious too. The nurses and staff are amazing. My stay there for awhile was very comfortable and the therapy room people are nice, and other staff people are very helpful. And nice. And also Denise 'The Menace ' Cohen Is quite the menace. Oceanview is a great nursing home, all the staff helped me out when I was there and treated me really nicely!

I had a nice visit with my brother. I am happy that we can visit with my dog and made everyone happy to see a pet.the staff was very nice and helpful toothank you.

We have a warm welcome and great experience with Oceanside nursing and rehab center earlier today. Farah, the receptionist did a wonderful greeting to us and I like that the mask was picked up with a forceps to keep it clean and for infection control. She was very accommodating and knows how to take important message for our family, who is currently a patient at Oceanside. The nurse/CNA was very helpful to dress up and wheeled our family so we could meet up with her at the lobby. Kenneth, the housekeeper was very patient and passionate about his work to ensure that the place is safe, clean, and free of spills. Lolo/Lucita was very welcoming and very helpful to our family. We are very appreciative and we hope that Oceanside will surely help our family recover and get active and able to ambulate well again in the near future. This facility is owned and staffed by wonderful people who care greatly for their residents. They treat my mother and me like family. I wouldn’t consider her being anywhere else.

The staff was excellent. They took care of me with great respect and care. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Staff was polite and helpful. Treated the residents with respect and dignity. A home like atmosphere. There needs to have a visitors area instead of the lobby.
