The service here is SO BAD. The light skin lady there act so rude, I would not go back I bring my hard workout money there and you guys act like that, learn to smile

I brought stew chicken on Tuesday and I have been home with extreme diarrhea and I will never buy food from there again

Tried the sea moss & soy milk peanut punch. They have vegan options for drinks! Im from USVI so it was nice to have sea moss again as I live in New England & we never have any. Jamaican sea moss drink is def diff from St Croix. As we use condensed milk, spices etc in our Irish sea moss drink so its pretty sweet. But Jamaican sea moss drink is not sweet but very fresh and healthy. My cousin who isnt vegan tried the food & thought it was awesome!

The Macroni and cheese is absolutely delightful and addictive. The workers are full of cheer and always helpful.

The jerk chicken is oven made and gross. The only way to make jerk chicken is with a Grill. Anything else is just baked chicken. The plantain are also severely overcooked.

The jerk chicken taste sour. Very weird taste nasty taste, i had to throw it out. Like old food or it was sitting out all day. I only went here because it was close to my house and i will not return. Waste of money! Hoping i don’t get sick! Why serve sour food to the community cmon? SMH

Jerk pork is on point! Food is good here. For those who comment about the service or give a bad reviews due to service issues, keep in mind this is a Jamaican restaurant. Every good Jamaican spot, someone always has an attitude lol, that’s how you know the food is good! 5 stars!

If I could give your customer service servers any advice it would be to be attentive to the customers and becareful what you whisper yo the other servers behind the counter because customers do and did hear you.a customer came in to pick up food and after repeatedly saying three times hi where do I pick up uber eats orders she was ignored! That isn't good customer service at all it's three servers and no one helped her until the lady said it louder then one of the server she kept asking for the order said she isn't giving it to her for the other server to give her the order for pickup.horrible and I will not recommend anyone I know to go here if that's the way they talk and treat the people who help to keep the doors open.

I ordered jerk chicken and rice and peas, the food was disgusting. The jerk chicken was so HARD I thought I was eating flavorless tire. Will not visit here again.

The light skin old lady with the weird eyebrows as bad attitude she need to be in the back cutting up seasons.the food can eat still but the old lady getting on my nerves. I have had quite a few of there dishes and the tase is very good cuttomer service is also great the first time me and my friend went there the tall brown guy gave us excelent customer service thank u for your great tasting food and customer service.

They have good food, but i didn't like the customer service. The women cashier had an attitude in my opinion and when I gave her $20 she checked my money twice. I was and am offended by that and how she did it. I will not be returning because of that. DON'T EVER PROFILE A PERSON!
Also its not the fact that she checked the money no problem, but its the way she did it and came across prejudice IN MY OPINION!

It was absolutely awesome that they have the Best Jerk Pork on the East Side of Queens NY

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered brown stew chicken, rice & peas & mac & cheese and it’s was disgusting and the next day I had extreme diarrhea. I wish I would’ve read the reviews about people saying the same thing before I went and spent my money at this place. They definitely give old spoiled food there, trust me when I say do not eat from this place.

The food there is really good. Good taste. One problem I’ve always had going there is the staff they’re really rude.

I always love buying food from Ochi Jerk. For a while I had to stop but now that I'm able to, I'll be ordering more often. The food is always great! Especially their Jerk Chicken, which is done in the AUTHENTIC Jamaican style (outside in a "drum pan"). Their Oxtails is always great as well. When I do go in person, their customer service is top notch, especially the gentleman that serves the food in the front, Reuben. Definitely recommend! 10 out of 10!
