Appointment with: Dr. Koster
Waisted my time in reading and trusting Dr. Koster's reviews and professional experience; to later personally find out during my 5mins.appointment with him about his poor Spanish skills/ showing no interest in going over with me about the status on my eye vision after the many imaging test done prior meeting with him (eye pressure/ optic nerve.etc) dismissive and rude approach to my vision health condition.
To top it off "most" of the front desk staff need to realize that their arrogant attitude, appearance and way that many patients have complained about them is true.
I will not put myself again in the hands of this medical group.

Appointment with Dr. Koster
I wasted my time reading and relying on Dr. Koster's published opinions and professional experience; to later personally realize it during my 5-minute appointment. With him, the ability he has to express himself in Spanish is at a very limited level.
He showed a lack of interest in explaining the results of my vision condition from each of the tests that were done prior to his appointment (eye pressure/optic nerve.etc), he did not give utmost importance to the current condition of my vision.my visual health.
To complete the experience of my visit to the clinic "most" of the receptionist staff need to realize that their arrogant attitude, appearance and the complaints of many patients about them are true.
I would not put myself in the hands of this medical group again.
Every single person at this office was so nice and accommodating! I was nervous about my appointment but they made everything so easy. Would definitely come back.
Dr Koster is the best. He explains everything and is very knowledgeable. My expeirance was remarkable. His staff is always so friendly both at the Tribeca office as well as all the staff at his Grammery location. THANK YOU DR KOSTER!
