I brought my custom steel frame from the Colombian version of Richard Sachs to Qian and he helped me kit it out with the perfect parts and completed the build. Also a great dude to talk with over beers back in the neighborhood. Simply the best. 5 stars. Don't go anywhere else in NYC.

Best bike shop i've ever been to. The guy working there was extremely helpful and friendly and will not rip you off.

This guy is great. He’ll repair your bicycle at a fair cost, provide you with a reasonable estimate upfront, and explain to you what he did. He does a great job and just likes helping people enjoy their bicycles.

I got a flat tire on the way to work. This was the closest place that was open at 9AM. Quick service and very friendly! The owner did a courtesy check of my tires, and pulled out some metal that had lodged itself in my other tire.

Update* I went to another shop and they tightened it, my bike it wasn't broke. I don't like to give bad rates, but I don't really like when the customer (me) ask nicely with good manners and the worker or crew for certain store talk to the customer with a mean attitude. Hopefully it doesn't happen to another customer.

Great service and knowledgeable bike professional. Was able to quickly repair spokes and give advice for how to more permanently address issues I've been having with spokes breaking.

Really great place to come for a bike repair! Came in with shifting problems and Qian straightened out the hanger and indexed the derailleur in about 15 minutes while kindly walking me through what was causing the issue/how to prevent. Prices are amazing especially for nyc, I will be back for any future repairs!

Stopped in after catching a flat a couple blocks away. Awesome service and had something in common in our travels through Colorado.

Wholeheartedly recommend this place. Service was quick and very friendly. The manager understood my needs and proposed a very reasonable solution while also taking the initiative to check that my bike was roadworthy. I wish I had found this place earlier - it’s a real gem.

Great Service! Doesn’t work on the specific bike I had but took one look at my bike and had it fixed in literally 5 min. Amazing because he didn’t have to do it but he did! Other shops in the area were giving me a hard time. Gems like this shop is hard to come by in New York City. Great business but overall a great guy! I recommend this shop to anyone.
