I was struggling to find a business willing to help me print photos on a card paper, staff here helped me and was so kind to edit the files. I must appreciate the high quality and sharp colors of the prints. Will definitely be using them for all of my other needs.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this UPS shipping center. The staff here is always courteous and friendly. An advice for all those doing Amazon returns, one should have a shipping label instead of QR code, it can be done by choosing UPS drop off point as your preferred drop off location while doing return on Amazon website. Learned it recently, now it's a breeze and so convenient.

Stop by to mail few packages, used DHL and FedEx services. Appreciative of the help with packing and spending 15 minutes while confirming the right addresses. It's hard to find a store with cheerful and positive attitude.

I shipped out a few V gifts today using UPS. They have a variety of greeting cards, stationary and gifty items. Recently moved to the neighborhood and as mentioned in other reviews the service was excellent, liked the customer screen with all the options based on prices to choose from. Great experience as always.

Great shipping store. I'm usually here for printing documents and architectural drawings on large paper. So simple, in and out with no problems at all.  Keep it up.

My only shipping place to go. Great prices for international shipping, I was expecting much higher lol. DHL service is the best it took just 3 days for my package to arrive in France. I will be coming soon for mailbox renewal.

Mailbox holder for almost three years, highly recommended shipping store in town. All carrier services under one roof from UPS to DHL, a variety of office products and cute toys. Decent prices along with good customer service

Rude staff. Takes advantage of customers by arbitrarily charging convenience fees, presumably to ones they don’t like. I had changed my mind about shipping a package due to the costly fee (ended up being half price at the post office), so I paid for the packaging and she “slipped” in a convenience fee that I noticed after I left.
I will never go back to this place which is unfortunate because I’ve been going for years. She made me feel taken advantage of and it really left a bad taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional.
