Clerk sold wrong printer cartridges which required two additional trips to the store to correct

Chris helped me to choose the best headphones for my needs among an ocean of options. He understood immediately what is the use I want to give to those headphones. The price was perfect for me.

Ask for curbside pick waited outside for 20 mins to then get out my car and 2 female employees talking about chocolate! It’s a big NO for me! I’ll go to staples

I tried to return an office depot toner cartridge ($100) that I purchased 3 weeks ago. The toner cartridge was one of them that are refurbed from Office Depot. The box and its contents were still sealed. It was never opened. The reason I was bringing it back was because the printer died. I could not find my receipt. So when I went to the store they told me that they couldn't help me. Their policy is no receipt no return. They offered me a $2.00 credit if I wanted to give it to them for recycling. I'll never use them again.

I just wanted a little help with a copy. I am not familiar with with using a credit card with a copier. I asked for help and was at first ignored. Finally I spoke and I was told to follow directions. I followed directions and it was confusing doing this the first time. I asked for more help and was rudely scolded by this red head slender gal. This was when I raised my voice. This red head was made it clear I was not going to get any help. Is this a corporate policy at Home Depot not to give help.

Talked to young man about this problem. He was trying to explain what was going on. I did eventually got my copy. It should be understood that a little help intially would have been appreciated.

Extremely prejudice staff! I was shocked when BOTH white male employees (one with red hair and the other with a buzz cut) told me not ship weed? ! EXTREMELY insulting and had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there! I was in town visiting family and didn’t want my bags to be overweight at the airport. So I figured I stop in and ship some clothing I bought while shopping. They both acted extremely suspicious as if I was doing something wrong. Then couldn’t even give me a receipt for my shipment because “The printer was down. ” I was in a time crunch so I shipped the package but both should loose their jobs if they are telling customers this on a regular basis. Completely unprofessional.

The employees at this store are professional and experienced. They helped me without making me feel uncomfortable because I don’t know much about computers and technology. I used the website with a template of what I needed. Came back and picked up the finished product. Thank you Office Depot.

There is a cashier Clerk at the front desk when you walk in to Office Depot in Newburgh that is very polite and greets you when you walk into the store her name is Susan. I would like to thank her for her excellent customer service. I've been in the store twice this week looking for a work planner she has been very helpful and polite. Thank you Susan
