Great person to do business with! Projector was shipped fast and received in perfect condition!

We ordered 4 projectors for our classrooms. Three units arrived within three days the fourth arrived a few days later. I believe they came from 2 locations. Our school is looking to order several more in the near future.

Avoid this vendor. I ordered a commercial video panel from Office Wonderland.and three weeks later I find out they don't have a working model available. The really terrible part is that I had TO CALL OFFICE WONDERLAND THREE (3) TIMES before I finally got an answer! This is after they processed my payment three weeks earlier. They never reached out to me once. Their complete lack of communication tells me they DO NOT care about their customers.

Satisfied overall with this company. We ordered two projectors for my church. Everything g arrived and works perfectly. The only problem I had was that UPS was late by two days but not sellers fault.

Ordered three Samsung displays for our new restaurant menu. All three arrived and installed in the same week. Clarity and ease of use are amazing!

Avoid this place at all costs unless you like gambling with your money. I purchased a pair of studio monitors online for around $250. I got an email for the order confirmation and then heard nothing for days. I reached out several times politely inquiring about the status of the order with no response. When I finally got a response about a week or so after reaching out I was told they don't stock that item (which showed in stock on their website) and was told they would return my money. It's been several days and several emails and still no response about refunding my money for a product they never had in the first place. Thank you for reading.

Edit: after reply from OfficeWonderLand I looked back and they did not charge my card, as they said. My rating improves by one star but because of slow, incomplete communication and listing out of stock product on the website it's still 2 stars. They're not a scam but make sure they have your item in stock before ordering.

We stopped by their office recently to pick up a projector for our church. The price was exactly as advertised online and we were in and out of the store within ten minutes. Projector is of very high quality and a huge imporvment.over the unit that was being replaced.

I tried to order an Aver Camera from them in Nov. 2020 as it showed in stock. After a few days my order was still in 'processing'. I used their Chat feature to check on the order and on two different occasions their online rep said is was in the warehouse and would ship that day. They also promised follow up with an email on the two separate occasions, but they never actually followed up. I had to end up canceling the order and purchasing elsewhere.

Do NOT buy from. Extremely disappointed with this company. They had “In Stock” labeled for equipment that I purchased online but then informed me that they had a waiting list for the products and would get it to me when they could. Several weeks with no word, and then I gave them a call to learn no movement and still issues. Promised a tracking number but never received one.

Then upon receiving them and realizing the quality is not to par, I was given no possibility to return because they say the cameras are considered “special order products” which was not made clear for one, and for saying they were “in stock” is ridiculous to me.

Regardless of how they do it, you might as well assume they are a sham: they are a Miami salesmen, drop-shipping operation that has zero customer service and are a rip off. Now to try and sell this $4k worth of equipment I’m stuck with.

Save yourself the trouble, buy from reputable and trustworthy sources. 0/5 stars if I could for these guys.

Made an order with this company. Great selection and customer service. Very nice helpful people

I easily ordered through their website, but no follow up emails for 3 business days. I called the toll free customer service line on the 3rd day and Mike told me the model I ordered was replaced. He then tried to sell me another for $100 more. Classic bait and switch. Avoid this place and shop elsewhere.
*In response to the owner: Records were that I ordered an item "in stock" at your company and I received no update in 3 business days outside of my proactive calling. Mike then "switched" me to a more expensive product. This is by definition bait (offering an available item at low cost) and switch (informing customer said item is out of stock and selling them on higher priced product). I again stand by my review - Avoid this company for: No update when their supposed offered product is not in stock, Bait and switch.

Great selection and prices are very competetive. I went with this company for the reason the proce was fair and they are a Panasonic authorized dealer.
