Whatever detergent they use smells like a rental car. For wash and fold, they didn't read tag instructions and I ended up with 10 shrunken Lacoste polos, which I will now try to stretch back out but not sure if I can. None of the small stains were treated, and are now further baked in. On another attempt where I used them, they washed a white oxford and it came back with black sludge on the cuff/sleeve.

Have had only positive experiences with this cleaners! They do a fantastic job, and a very quick turnaround.

Expensive - $6 per item for skirt and the skirts came back shiny. OK Cleaners did not turn them inside out AND had the heat on too high. Avoid.
