I Iike this location. Its layout is open and easy to maneuver. Everything was neat, clean and well stocked. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff.store is well stocked & clean. Found what I was looking for and was finished within 10 minutes. Ample free parking.

A little empty, not a lot of variety in this store. Feels like it's there just because. I did like the candle scent they offer but without sale its a poor value

Floor associate followed me to the clearance section and asked for my personal information.she claimed that the information was to check my account for rewards.prior to entering the store, I already was aware of the awards that I had, but the floor associate was very forceful in retrieving my information despite my saying I didn't want to share my information and wished to shop in peace.after making my statement, she still continued to harass my partner and i until my partner provided her with information.once she received the information, the floor associate stated that she could see my account and that i had awards but could not verify the awards.i knew this was not true because i did not provide her with the actual details of my account.this was later confirmed at checkout.i gave the cashier the same information and she of course could not see an account.i informed the cashier what the floor associate stated to me and it was if she had no knowledge of this process of asking customers for their personal information while they shopped.wont be visiting this store ever again

Relatively neat. Staff is.polite. Deals are ok.sizing is not always on point. Nephew loves the flag t shirts.which are available as tank top.

Customer service at the register are top notch And they are thire to try to save you money

Nice store great parking but a little pushy about giving up your info, don't understand why they need my email address when I'm not a member and I didn't want any points or anything my social anxiety did not like being asked various times for it I might not be back

Nothing interesting in this store, the quality of merchandise is very cheap and the prices are too high!

The store was very clean and not as busy as the one on Jamaica ave so that was a plus. However old navy prices are very pricey for basic clothing

So price look to have gone up, but the quality seem to improve on lots of clothes! Get what your pay for

Employees are always around asking if you need help. I do wish they carried more boy clothing in various of sizes. They definitely have a good selection of clothes for girls, women and men department.

Happy, pleasant help working in this location, everything was neat and easy to find. Enjoyed all my holiday shopping. Will be going back and telling my friends.

Manager Joe and salesperson Heather are the best. Friendly, professional and well aware of their inventory.

Went to check out today at 4: 45pm Aug 18th young guy with curl hair would NOT give me my receipt unless I have him my email address or phone number which I know is not the case since I shop at this location often.

Old Navy in Jamaica is a hidden gem. I've always visited and never been disappointed. The staff is super helpful. One staffer went above and beyond to locate a denim jacket I wanted.
