Corey is one of the best bartenders there is! He took the time to get to know everyone at the bar and was so personable. He was a breath of fresh air. On top of that we had the prime rib and cordon bleu and we were both overly impressed with our meals. I’d definitely return here next time I’m back in town.

A truly perfect night out. Our waiter, Derek, was friendly and helpful; I will definitely ask for him again the next time we are there. Our food was delicious. Homemade breaded mozzarella, warm and gooey. Plenty of fresh buttermilk dinner rolls that melted in your mouth. And then the entrees. I ordered a burger with toppings. It came out at the temperature I requested, but was still juicy. Great flavor. Crispy fries on the side. The husband ordered the crispy fried (boneless) chicken. 2 huge pieces with a slightly spicy seasoning in the breading. Chicken was cooked perfectly, moist inside and crunchy breading outside. Homemade mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans were spot on as well. The menu changes every few months, so I recommend visiting soon!

Update 7/17/23:
Last night, 6 of us celebrated my brother's birthday there.
Not only was the food phenomenonal as always and the customer service too, but.

We saw the lead chef 3 times! We had a pretty severe dairy allergy in our party and he came out twice to go over the menu and then to to suggest a non-dairy dessert. At this visit, I commented on how delicious the entree was that I ordered and how I keep wanting to try new dishes, but can't help ordering it. This man literally made a 3rd visit and brought me the "smaller/home version" of the recipe.

It is track season, so reservations are a must - but if you haven't been, make one now!

The food was great and the menu offered a wide selection to choose from. Our waitress was very helpful and had a great attitude. She checked in through the course of our meal. Overall it was a great dining experience.

An authentic and happy place. We sat at the bar and the bartender/waiter was a bit confused. But the food was delicious and the atmosphere was good. You should make a reservation because it is full there in the evening

All around great experience. We came here for a late lunch before a show at SPAC. The food was fresh and delicious. They had several vegetarian options that were not the usual eggplant and squash dishes, which I appreciated! There was a nice variety overall and something for just about anyone. They had GF items too, for those that need it. Prices are very reasonable.

The vegetable stir fry was excellent. Our table also got the filet mignon, French onion soup and fried mushrooms. Anthony was our waiter and was awesome!

The building is from the 1700’s and has an interesting history and interior. We were hoping to catch a glimpse of the rumored ghostly lady in white on the second floor, but she must’ve been shy that day.:)

Go if you have a chance. It’s also kid and family friendly— a plus!

Wanted fish and chips in Saratoga springs and olde Bryan inn popped to the top. A bit out of the way place in a quaint olde building. Fish and chips and andouille sausage jambalaya. No questions about the jambalaya it was great with a nice bit of spices but the fish and chips was breaded and a bit hard. If you want jambalaya recommended but fish and chips, no.

Say on the outdoor patio. Very pleasant however the interior dining room is inviting and historically interesting. The food was fantastic and our waiter, Samantha, was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and pleasant. Definitely a great spot for a yummy dinner.

The food was excellent and the service spectacular. We went by recommendation of a family friend for lunch and had a great time. Our waitress was very friendly and very helpful. She was well aware of the chaos of having a2 year old at the table and was very good with her. The chef actually delivered our food to the table and explained the motivation behind the choices and how it was all made. I highly recommend the braised short rib mac and cheese. It sounds heavy but it really wasn't.

One of my new favorite places. So impressed with everything here from the staff to the food. I picked the brain of the friendly bartender hoping for some menu suggestions and she very honestly explained how everything was incredible and it was hard to pick any one item as its excelled in its own right. After eating the food I couldn't agree more. To start the French onion soup is on par with some of the best I've had in Paris. The poutine topped with braised meat was absolutely incredible The local flair placed on it from the spices and wine they used is unlike any I have tasted to date. The fried chicken was in the top five I have ever eaten, not greasy and seasoned perfectly. My wife said her fish dish was fresh and one of the better ones she's had barring all seafood restaurants. All this might I add for less money than some of the other local venues we visited while in Saratoga that left us underwhelmed and still hungry. For dessert they're Apple tart with vanilla ice cream is to die for. Don't think twice about making a reservation at the olde Bryan. The atmosphere and structure of the restaurant itself takes you back to an historic time Which just adds more enjoyment to the meal

Great food great prices and Noelle was one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had at any establishment. Our daughter was especially captivated and had a wonderful time. Would recommend this place as a go to for sure.

Our waiter Zephyr was absolutely amazing. Very funny, detailed and attentive. Chicken was great as always. Meatball sub was amazing. And mozzarella sticks fried to perfection. The poutine with the short ribs was really good with the sauce.

Its a beautiful, historic building. It was very noisy in there where my party was seated. The food was good and the service was also good. Wish that there was parking there but unfortunately like most every where else in Saratoga there is only paid parking lots on on street parking.

We had made an online reservation indicating that it was our anniversary. Upon arriving on time (4 minutes early) we were asked to wait. No big deal. However, a couple that came in a few minutes after us without a reservation were seated right away. So we went back up to the hostess who re-greeted us like she didn't remember that she had just asked us to wait. When we finally did get a table we were placed right next to the kitchen and server stand. It was like being in a isle seat in an airplane. Constant waiters running by, bumping into the back of my seat. One even dropped silverware next to us and it flew under my husband's seat. Then it took over an hour after ordering for our food to come out. Appetizers and dessert did come out straight away. The main course is what took so long. Our server was really nice and attentive and the food wasn't too bad. It just wasn't great, especially having to take over an hour to make. I've been to places that charge half the price, but taste better. Most likely will not return. If I do it won't be with a reservation.

I went here for dinner with a couple of friends. We chose to sit at the high tables in the bar area. The atmosphere is very rustic and unique, as this building is a designated historical landmark. They do tours periodically.
We were greeted with smiles and excellent service. My friends ordered a steak dinner and a hamburger, while I ordered the turkey dinner. All meals were prepared to order and tasted excellent! Prices are comparable to any other nice establishment. Well worth it!

This restaurant is not to far off of the NYS Thruway which is VERY convenient. The food, service and atmosphere is great! We got the pretzel appetizer, garden salad, filet mignon and strip steak. ALL DELICIOUS and cooked to perfection. Staff is super friendly. The next time we have to travel on business, this will be our stop for lunch/dinner on our way back to NJ.

We had lunch today and everything was delicious. My wife and I ordered 3 appetizers to share. The French onion soups were the reason we decided to go here for lunch. Always great and served in a good size crock. The deep fried mushrooms always good and a large portion. Finally garlic parm wings. Our waitress was very good, drinks always filled and good timing between the soups and food.

We were in Saratoga Springs and decided to grab something to eat, we wanted a local place with a history and we found it.
The Olde Bryan Inn is a historic restaurant and inn is one of the oldest buildings in the city, dating back to the late 1700s. The inn was originally a tavern owned by Alexander Bryan, a Revolutionary War hero. It was later used as a private home, a laundry, and a boarding house. In 1979, it was converted into a restaurant.
The Olde Bryan Inn is known for its fine dining and its haunted reputation. The inn is said to be haunted by the ghosts of Alexander Bryan and his wife, as well as by the ghosts of several former employees. Visitors have reported seeing apparitions, hearing disembodied voices, and experiencing other paranormal activity.
That sounded interesting enough so we got in and placed our order. While waiting we checked out numerous old pictures and items scattered around. The waiters were polite, food was abundant. We had some mozzarella cheese sticks, pork chops and sausages - all were good. Place were somewhat crowded.
The inn is said to be one of the most haunted places in New York State. Visitors have reported seeing apparitions, hearing disembodied voices, and experiencing other paranormal activity. We didn't see anything of that sort, but the food was out of this world. Or maybe we were too hungry.
