Why would the outpatient registration department behave so incredibly defensive simply because I wanted to have a much needed mri performed at the Bradford Hospital LOCATION and not at Olean General? I stated two times I have " no real criticism of Olean Hospital it's just im a little closer to Bradford and I've had 99% of radiology testing done there over 20 years" (unfortunately I needed too many tests!)

All I asked was to have the (apparently exceedingly difficult paperwork!) Switched to Bradford radiology.

Aren't you both part of Allegheny?

Small town minds and behaviors at their very best in my estimation. It's a common experience.

Of course do not worry that ny shoulder has been beyond uncomfortable and and painful for several months. (I doubt it has anything to do with the 2nd shoulder surgery)

Training recommended.

I do know health care can be difficult.

I have experienced nothing but kindness, compassion and helpfulness from Aimee and Kaylen the entirety of my PT. Their level of professionalism is exceptional and I appreciate the respect they have shown for me.

Crowding in emergency departments can lead to worse outcomes for patients receiving emergency care. Patients in a crowded emergency department become sicker and are more likely to die than those treated in less crowded conditions. Now why is your emergency room so crowded? Well that's because you are admitting patients and leaving them in your emergency room untill a bed becomes available at your hospital. You are putting patients at risk. The patient just laying there is getting exposure and the emergency patients coming in are being left for hours waiting for emergency treatment.and we arent just talking a couple.we are talking about hours. When ur hospital is full u should transfer the patients out to other hospitals. There are other hospitals in the area. This is nonsense pure nonsense.this goes back to ethics.and quality. What happened to quality of care you are choosing quantity over quality at this point. Here's the best part for you people batching just stays here with ur automated response that isn't going to go anywhere.

Justin has been so very helpful and understanding throughout my rehab following Achilles tendon repair surgery. Very empathetic and encouraging at each session. I am completely satisfied with my PT and confident in my full future recovery.

My husband and I were in an ATV accident on Sunday 9/3. Arrived at ER @ 3: 25pm. I sat there with a head injury with a pounding headache for 3hours. It a hour in a half for me to get a CT scan of my head. Sat there until 6: 30pm until husband said something to the triage nurse. We both finally went back to get looked at for both of us to get stitches. Nobody checked my eyes. I thought with a head injury you automatically check someone's eyes. Iḿ actually giving you no stars. This is the worst care that we have ever had at hospital. You need to prioritize what an emergency is to what is not.

Worst hospital ever I swear! Every time me and my family have been there they misdiagnosed us. All this technology and they give you physicals call or whatever they want and give you meds. I almost lost my son at 2 weeks old cause they said he has acid reflux whole time he was having strokes and seizures and meningitis. Thanks to oshei he’s ok. My husband had his calf cut out from gangrene they told him for 3 weeks it was a sprained ankle til the point no surgeon would touch him in the county and he went to buffalo and lost a great part of his calf. They need to be shut down. They have all this education and use none of it.

This place is god awful! If they can’t see the patients shut the place down no one should wait with a heart history for HOURS!

Excellent experience rehabbing after rotator cuff surgery. Injury was quite severe (3 large tears plus bicep tear), yet I was back swimming in 10 weeks.

Aimee and Cailyn are amazing. They are such a good team and together create a space with such a fun vibe! They treat their patients like friends. I actually look forward to my sessions despite the physical pain that comes along with it! I truly hope the folks at OGH realize they have something very special going on in their physical therapy unit!

I had an amazing experience with dr coolidge. My grandmother was passing And he was very attentive and caring. By far the best dr at the facility! Once his shift was over we sat in the room in the er and didn’t hear from anyone. Never even met the dr that came in after he had left! Not even a nurse came in! Maybe dr coolidge should do the training!

If I could give zero stars I would. Sat in emergency room for over 3 hours in severe pain and finally just had to get up and leave. This isn’t my first bad experience with OGH but It will definitely be my last. Will never go here again!

Started utilizing services for Rotator Cuff Repair, including the reattachment of the Bicep muscle on March 1st 2023. The surgery was done quickly and professionally. Had therapy, which was very calming and professional, as well, for the following two months. Due to an accidental fall on May 1st 2023, I had to undergo a second surgery to repair the additional damage to the Rotator Cuff on July 5th 2023. Again, I found myself utilizing the Therapy Department Staff for continuing aid to the damage. I highly recommend this service through Olean General Hospital and their Sports Medicine Facility. They are all top notch professionals who care for their patients, like they are family members.
