Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Yonkers NY

Horrible on sanitation. Fruit flies all over the place by the kitchen. I could just imagine how horrible it is in there. Disgusting. And the hosts have attitude problems. Manager was only one to make it better.

I'm not usually willing to eat at an Olive Garden under any circumstance, but was out of options, so I went against my better judgement. Let's start with the good - Service was fantastic. Waiter at the bar was friendly and attentive. For this reason alone, this location gets 4 stars.
Now for the bad - I cant for the life of me figure out how a major chain like olive Garden can screw up Italian so bad. It's like fast food.coming out of a nice looking restaurant. Food is bland, oily, expensive for the quality. A whole lot of Italian chefs are rolling in their graves everytime someone refers to olive garden as an Italian restaurant.

Every time we go is a hit! Our servers are always great! We rarely wait too much as we always sign up for the wait list before we go out. And they are very accomodating when we request a different table. Because some tables do not have adequate lighting, they only thing I would do is turn up a notch or two on the AC. We were there yesterday and the AC was freezing the whole dining area

Simple nice place to visit. Food is good and nice selection of wine. Biggest flaw lobster raviolis are not always available.

The service was good, and the food was too greasy. I was dissappointed today because my meal was so expensive today. No one advised about the meal choices for the early dinner menu.

Most definitely go off-hours and off-days - prime time Friday and Saturday nights have ridiculously long multi-hour waits, no reservations and no call-ahead wait list. Otherwise, predictably good Olive Garden food.
