Honestly, every single time I order from this Olive Garden you forget one or two items every single time. Whoever is taking your pickup calls really needs to get it together. I won’t be ordering from here anymore

Terrible service, lost 8 people's business and hopefully more in the future going forward. Called to make reservations, they said they don't take reservations but would have plenty of seating available for the time we would be there but when we got there there was over an hour wait. They were very rude and dismissive about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location, go to the one in Clifton park if you really want over priced noodles.

I'm there for lunch we love the soup and salad it's just the best. All our food is good service was good absolutely no complaints.

Order steak alfredo with chicken gnocchi soup and kids fettuccine with extra alfredo sauce. They gave me a shot glass portion of extra alfredo and the soup was so thick it was I couldn't eat it

Jose was a great server. Even though he was busy as ever. It was about 1ish and we waited about 10 mins for table.other than.that everything was great

The food was ok. We ordered a couple of apps and the spinach artichoke dip was completely a disappointment none of us actually at it and we were a party of 7. It's a waste of money. On top of that we were served our salad and the onions they put on it were bad and disgusting. When we got our meals is when we finally received the breadstixs but there wasn't even enough for our table. The service was ok being that she took our order and everyone but her brought it out and not one of them prebussed our table or took any dirty plates the whole time we were there until it came time to pay the bill. Even though I work in the restaurant business and had them stacked nicely for them to take yet they didn't. So over all the food was some what edible and the service was completely disappointing. I'll never return or take my business there again. Completely disappointed.

Great great service after a very long flight. Food was perfect temp, the bread was refreshed.constant upkeep of the table was amazing.

BJ's brew house let us down after a 45 minute wait last week by having almost nothing available on the menu. Olive garden came through with a 15 minute wait and nothing was "out" on the menu. Really enjoyed the Alfredo, waitress was nice.

As someone who really likes Italian food, Olive Garden is a great restaurant to go to every so often. The food always tastes good, even after being reheated at home.

New favorite meal; Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara! Enough for 2 meals. Husband had Around Italy. We also ordered from their $5.00 take home menu. These meals were also nicely done. Our server, T, was pleasant and attentive. Also, the salad and breadsticks were prepared as usual.

Just had a Veterans Day lunch here. Very nice of OG to offer this special. The food and the service was great. Thank you for the support, Hooah!

Kind of disappointed.my waitress brought out old cold breadsticks. She only came over if she was flagged. The food just doesn't have that "I can't wait to come back" taste to it anymore. I don't know.everyone has off days. ‍️

So today I placed a to go order to be picked up at 4: 15 arrived at olive garden around 4 o'clock and was told your food will be right out its now 4: 30 and they just started making my food

1 Hr wait time went to the one in clifton park no wait place is bigger and can handle more people food was great as the food is also good in colonie ate there before just didn't want to wait 1 hr.

Omg what a great time I had today with friends at the Olive Garden. Thanks to Michael our server he so personable and knew just what to recommend for lunch. Our meal was outstanding, but seriously Michael made our day! Kudos to the The Olive Garden we will be back.

Had the unlimited soup and salad with two friends. It was a wonderful meal and our waiter, Harold, was the absolute best!

I just love everything about the Olive Garden! I am a long time customer and I've never had a bad experience! The prices are right, the service is professional, and the food is excellent!

Waitress looked like she really didn't want to be there. Never offered us salad. Never came back to ask if we needed refills on drinks. Food was good. Only saw her pass by us twice while being there. Very unprofessional.

Steak and chicken were way too salty. Like someone spilled the salt shaker on them. Made our mouths dry it was so salty.

Service was great. We were a party of 10 and all enjoyed the food. Large portions with plenty left to take home. Prices were a little high but within reason.
