Anyone looking for a fantastic place to purchase a camper MUST go to Oliver's Campers! They are very helpful, have terrific customer service, and treat you like family! My husband and I are so happy with them that we went back to them to upgrade. They remember who we are and what we bought without having to tell them. When we had a problem with the refrigerator on our old camper they came right to our campsite to service it! Couldn't ask for better people!

Oliver's Campers in Norwich is wonderful to deal with. My husband and I recently purchased a camper from them and the entire experience was fantastic. Their entire staff is amazing. Oliver’s campers have been a five star dealership to work with. Everything from sales to service. Just purchased our second camper from them and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Salesperson’s are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy like other “big” dealers and the service staff take right care of any issues promptly. They’re the only ones I’d ever recommend.

We traveled from southern Rhode Island to Oliver’s in Norwich New York to look at a camper that was listed on their website. We had the pleasure of working with Jim, we ultimately made the purchase of the camper and also made a friend. These guys know their business.

These guys are great! Wasn't really planning to purchase, but just looking around, these guys gave us a deal we could not refuse. Great guys and gals. Wonderful customer service. Will always highly recommend Oliver's Camper. They are a little out of the way, but worth the trip. We went to Norwich from Maine. Jim, and crew are the best. Check them out before you purchase.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Appointments are made for clearly no reason (10: 30am appointment hang out waiting for camper and go home, 2 hours away with nothing at 2pm). Brought in for a repair. When the original purchase happened a year prior the camper I put a down payment on ($3500) was sold out from under me and I had to wait for a different one to come off the line, everything was on hold due to covid so we didn't get it until September of that year when we should have had the original one in July. Horrible customer service as far as I am concerned. No way to run a business. I will upgrade in the future but it will not be with them.

I had a wonderful experience today same as I did 6 years ago. They go out of there way to make things right. The gently men Explaining everything to you were very polite. The help they have given me post purchase has been invaluable. Some has been warranty work. Others has been user errors. IE caused by me.
The friendly, helpful service was give with out judgment.
Believe me they could have rolled their eyes at me more than once.

Not only would I buy from Daniel at the Lafayette location but the service people Bob and Fred and Jason/Justin/Jeremy (something that starts with a J) are great

We once again are making Oliver's Campers our choice for our new Kodiak travel trailer. We are life time campers and just retired and wanted to down size our equipment. I am please to see that although the business has been passed down to a younger generation the commitment to their customers is still outstanding. Before we picked up our camper Jim our sales person asked us to do a detailed inspection of our unit and make a list of things we would like addressed before pick up. This was great as we live 50 plus miles away and didn't want to return for warranty work. We found a list of small stuff minor adjustments on door and latches. After getting home we found a serious issue with the front fiberglass cap it had a hole in the top edge. We called and spoke with Jordan he asked me for pictures. Jordan took a look and formed an action plan to get this repaired at a body shop in Syracuse. We only had to drop unit at dealership. The repair came out great looks perfect! I also want folks to know the one price method Oliver's uses is great I did my homework I found two places selling same unit a few hundred dollars cheaper. But I didn't think driving to Utah or Texas was worth it! I have and will contine to recommend Oliver's to my friends and family. Love our new small camper and service we received sets the standard all RV dealerships should follow.

To be fair, we dealt with the Lafayette location and I posted this review to that website, but the person we dealt with, said it was the owners at Norwich that refused to budge, so I am writing this here as well. Don't trust their claim that there are no hidden fees. They will charge you to switch out your hitch. So they will either make you pay or send you on your way with probably an unsafe hook-up! Also don't trust the retail price that they cross off - I have ordered 4 campers and that retail price is always overstated by 11% - 15%.
