Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Rochester NY

Two people was working in the cash register very slow with the coronavirus they should had work faster. Line was long and I left the store to many people and I had a cart fall of things I couldn't buy it.

Picked up coffee and dishwasher tablets at a very good price. Cashier was very pleasant. Only issue was employee working with no mask on while talking to a customer.

Didn't have what the add said they had. No bags to put the junk in that we did buy. Bags that they had were to Small or so they said. Not going back.

I honestly don't understand how this store could get such high marks. We stopped in the store post. Covid The store was a mess disorganized and dirty feeling. There was no method to sanitize the carts no one there to do that. There was no hand sanitizer at the entrance or the exit. Doubt we will go back anytime soon

You can always find something you didn't know you needed at Ollie's. I went with a friend to return an item. I ended up buying garden tools, spices and double stuffed chocolate Oreos. I didn't "need" any of it but the prices were so much less than other stores. The customer service was outstanding too!

This place has all the greatest stuff at amazing prices. And the lady that rang us out (Kay) I believe her tag said sales manager. Can't remember.she was super friendly and pleasant. Especially when there is a lot of people stressed out during this pandemic. So thank u Kay xx

I went to get a window ac unit and found one at a great price. Unfortunately it didnt work too great but I took it back and the refund was no problem and that alone deserves a great review because customer service is important.

Good place to go for home bargain some prices are little high but overall is a good place to go Hughes selection of curtains and other items how to redecorate your home

Great store great employees you never know what you might find. I highly suggest that you sign up for the Ollie's Army you receive many discounts that can save you additional money

I asked for 2 things that ollies doesn't sell. The salesperson was very good and even called on her phone to see if they had them. I haven't run into any grouchy salespeople. The prices are good also

I've been to Ollie's in other towns/suburbs, even a different city. This location by far was the most messy, disorganized store in my experience, I even asked a couple employees for the item I was looking for; they knew they had it but unfortunately even they didn't know where it was.

So disorganized, so clutter, messy hard to find anything after you leave the book area. Opened product, broken products. If you want to leave a place in a fighting a mood this place for you.

It was my first visit here, it was a bit if a surprise, there was a lot of products to explore. I went through the whole store and checked everything out. Brought home some great finds her very reasonable prices. They also offer a discount/rewards card if you share your email and sign up. This isn't your fancy organized type of store, but there are treasures to be found.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Some of the coolest things, things you absolutely can't find anywhere else and even better than that, everything is more than reasonably priced!

Love shopping here. Very unique items, I can usually find whatever I am searching for and then some.

The store was very busy. All the workers were smiling and asked me if I needed help finding stuff and there was alot if stuff

Very cool place to shop low prices better than Walmart prices at least. Friendly customer service and no wait. All and all it was a very good experience. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

We went about to say it was packed the only had two cashier people there was at least 10 people in a line at a time they eventually opened up for cashiers this store has everything in it
