Whoever drives the truck with the plate 2 Oil is extremely rude and aggressive. I was parked with a flat tire and he started yelling at me to move my vehicle so he could park behind me. He wouldn’t even give me a change to explain that I had a flat. The tow truck driver had to talk to him because he was just so rude and angry.

Stay away from this money hungry company, there are tons of options out there in this industry so pick wisely.

We have accounts with Olympia for well over 10 years, they repeatedly took advantage of us as well as their employees. Safe to say my neighbors will be switching providers now as well after we both consulted with other companies and saw the scheme going on here.

They train their technicians to be salespeople, not skilled workers. You call for a minor issue for THEIR MISTAKES and they continue trying to upsell you to spend more money with them for unnecessary things.

Nepotism is strong here as well as The owner also has a con artist son Kosta who doesn't have a clue what he is doing and is employed here, never wanted to explore solutions other than replacing expensive systems constantly trying to upsell us.

We made sure to consult with numerous other companies and figured Olympia is only interested in squeezing as much as they can from you instead of providing reliable trustworthy service.

I'm a new customer with Olympia Fuel. I have to say this is a great company with knowledgeable service tech. My boiler stopped working on Dec 22,2023. I called spoke to Billy he said he would dispatch a crew to come over at 12pm. This is the first time a fuel company was on time like promised. The 2 technicians came and addressed the issue right away. Got my boiler running again. Great job!

Olympia has continued to be very reliable and attentive. Their staff members are all knowledgeable and helpful, willing to go above and beyond. Kosta and Perry have been to our home on separate occasions and able to diagnose and resolve any issues quickly.

Olympia were contracted to repair a boiler. They ended up leaving without turning on the boiler to see if it was working and left all wires unconnected. I had to drive out to connect wires and boiler is still not working. Manager was yelling at me over the phone. Will be calling another company to finish repair. Beware.

Excellent team across the organization. Professional, responsive even on weekends and holidays and overall very happy with our partnership with Olympia Fuel
